We recently partnered with Channel 4 to launch Filtered Interiors, a brand-new Youtube-first 6-part vodcast series. Hosted by the brilliant Vogue Williams and Danny Campbell, the show challenged them to dive into the psychology of spaces and design competing room transformations for celebrity guests, using exclusively wayfair.co.uk products. Our goal was to go beyond our catalog and build deep emotional relevance and brand consideration. To say it resonated would be an understatement! The campaign completely smashed our benchmarks, driving massive reach (21M+ views), viewing rates that 2x the benchmark and incredible brand lift (+34% in consideration and 68% unprompted brand recognition). Over the past few years, I’ve had the opportunity to lead Marketing Operations, Production and Media. Incredibly proud of the team and achievements, where “doing more with less” was not only a challenge, but a motivation to show what was possible… and we have. In this next chapter, I’ll be leading the work to bring Wayfair’s online presence into the physical world to the UK, while continuing to lead our UK AI programme. We are thinking BIG, so stay tuned! It’s an exciting opportunity to help build a new part of the business and work across teams on a highly strategic, multi-year effort. Grateful for the trust and looking forward to what’s ahead.

It turns that signal into something useful for customers and valuable for the business.The Pinterest x Wayfair UK collaboration has done exactly that. Pinterest search & save behaviour surfaced two rising interiors trends: Cosy Spaces & Dopamine Décor. Wayfair UK turned those signals into curated, shoppable inspiration, then used real engagement to spotlight the products people responded to most through the Top Pins follow-up. The first phase delivered more than a 4.5% incremental sales lift, a 3.5-point lift in action intent & a 2.5% lift in Pin awareness. For me, this is modern brand building at its best: culturally relevant, grounded in consumer insight, creatively brought to life & accountable to commercial outcomes. It also shows the value of strong partnership, bringing platform expertise and retail understanding together around a shared customer need. It was so we could cut clips to promote the shows on social media. Then we started uploading the whole thing to YouTube because long-form worked with the algorithm. And it was cheap long form content. But something has changed. YouTube is becoming television. In the UK, the amount of YouTube watched on TV sets has doubled since 2022. And the TV is now the biggest screen for watching YouTube at home - ahead of the smartphone. Which changes the creative brief. Because if your audience is increasingly watching you on the biggest screen in their house, cutting between three cameras pointing at people wearing headphones and talking into microphones probably isn't enough. Because once you've seen that shot a few times, you may as well be listening. We need to stop being algorithm first and start being audience first. What would make someone actually want to watch this? A format. A world. Great production design. Visual storytelling. Segments. Games. Graphics. Movement. Surprises. In a word... Television. Things that simply don't work if you close your eyes. Your podcast might not have a YouTube problem. It might have a television problem. As YouTube becomes television, the ambition of what we make for it needs to change too. So stop filming podcasts. Start making shows. And if you've got a podcast with a brilliant audience that you think could become a brilliant YouTube show, I'd love to talk.

When we started searching for an NFL athlete to help launch our new brand platform, the initial list was prioritized by social media metrics. And I was left surprised -- reigning NFL MVP Matthew Stafford wasn't sitting at the top. Apparently not enough TikTok dance moves.🕺🤦♂️ But when I saw his name, I remembered watching him accept the MVP award and bring his four daughters onstage, then make a point to recognize the person by his side through it all, his wife Kelly. I saw a family raising four little girls. As a fellow girl dad, I recognized the devotion, utter chaos, patience, and the little everyday moments that actually make a home feel like home. That human insight sits right at the heart of 'Wayfair Delivers'. This first spot is just the kickoff, but our new brand platform will go so much further to tell relatable stories across seasons, channels, and customer experiences centered on our commitment to deliver quality, value, and trusted expertise in home. So many teams across Wayfair helped bring this campaign to life -- grateful to all, especially Johnice Bristol Katherine Volpe and Amanda Evans who helped turn an idea into reality. The present study analyzes the economic, financial and legal reliability of a leasing-scheme for financing Solar Thermal Systems (STS) in micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSME). The STS have the potential to replace fossil fuels which are used for heating water, a process which is required in industries such as the production of the dough for tortilla (“nixtamalización”). The nixtamalization-industry is the focus of the present study due to its great importance given the high and stable demand for tortilla in Mexico. About 47,000 nixtamalerías exist in Mexico, all which need hot water, thus representing a huge market-potential. The expenses generated by heating water with fossil fuels, as for example with liquefied petroleum gas, represent one of the most significant expenses within some MSME-sectors, which is why the replacement of these costs through a STS would generate energy as well as economic savings. The study focuses on the determination of the ideal characteristics of a financing-mechanism, adapted to the conditions of the nixtamalization-sector in the state of Puebla.
