My mission is to enable success in some of the most recognised organisations in the world, many of which are in the CPG space, through redefining, restructuring & transforming how they do business: Constructing innovative, intelligent operating models with humans at the heart. I’ve spent more than 20 years with Accenture, and currently lead the strategy business for consumer goods globally.

As the world pivots towards digital and the need for an innovative strategy grows, businesses need to let go of traditional and outdated operating models. I work with companies to redesign the way they work, creating nimble and modular teams that are equipped to handle a rapidly changing market. Something we have all seen become vital for not just survival, but growth in the last year. I’m also a strategist who believes that the consumer is the ultimate innovator. Thanks to digitalisation, CPG brands can now have a stronger dialogue than ever before with consumers, integrating them into the value chain, and building a trusting relationship that leads to revenue growth.

Success comes from a living organisation helping its people thrive & grow via purpose, upskilling & an entrepreneurial mindset. Employees are Gold!

Ideally, I’d like to leave the world in a better condition than when I entered it. To achieve this, I’m working to help create a working world where people are at the centre of every aspect of business. From creating an environment for employees to thrive to examining every aspect of a customers’ needs, humans are the heart of every organization. The sooner the world wraps its collective head around this concept, the sooner we’ll see companies perform optimally.

Sustainability is a personal passion of mine, and I follow how companies are shifting towards clean practices. I’m incredibly proud of the lead Accenture are taking on helping organisations see the business case behind sustainability, and action sustainable strategies. I enjoy spending time with my family, and travelling as much as possible.

Please join me in the conversation here on LinkedIn, and let’s Build Back Better.

#CPG #FMCG #Beauty #Retail #Transformation #DataDriven #Cloud #360Value
#Marketing #ProductManagement #ConsumerProducts #BusinessDevelopment #GeneralManagement #BrandManagement #DigitalTransformation #ChangeManagement #OperatingModels #Strategy
I am a Partner at Detecon International focused on driving transformation in the Public Sector in the Middle East.

Before joining the world of consulting I had a variety of jobs including working as an academic and entrepreneur. I started my consulting career with KPMG UK before joining Accenture in 2006. My first few years with Accenture were focused on building our central government consulting business in the UK, working on a range of clients including Defra, the Home Office and the Prime Minister's Strategy Unit. In 2010 I began to focus more on industry, and specifically customs and borders. I ran and grew that industry globally for nearly ten years working on major transformation projects around the world with leading revenue, customs and border agencies. I have lived and worked in a number of countries including Mexico, Canada, France, Belgium and Australia.

In 2021 I relocated to the Middle East to help build the health and public sector practice in this dynamic and opportunity rich region. I joined Detecon International in September 2025.

Working in many different geographies has given me a strong global view, a dynamic network and significant experience of designing and delivering large scale transformation.

I love speaking with clients and working out how Detecon International can help. If you're interested in improving or transforming your organization, I'd be delighted to hear from you.
