SFTP Now Free in Aptana Studio!

Many, many users have begged and pleaded with us to make our Secure FTP (SFTP) feature of Studio Pro available to everyone. I am happy to say, that effective immediately, Aptana Studio "Community Edition" now includes full SFTP support! If you are already using Studio, just Check For Updates from the Help menu and you'll get the latest update. If you are a new user, just download Studio at http://www.aptana.com/studio/download to get started.
We will no longer be offering Studio Pro as a paid option, as all of the features in Pro are now part of the standard Community Edition of Studio. Existing Pro customers will continue to receive premium support, and for those of you who want to buy support, we will be offering support packages for Studio in the near future, just stay tuned to our site.

Hi, I've tried to update my Aptana (1.5.0.025655 on Vista). But I receive that "no updates are available". Is it a problem of my version?

YES!!!! Finally, I can go back to using one of my favorite products. This was the only reason I stopped using Aptana and I'm glad to say that I can finally start recommending you again!!!!! WOOHOO!!!!!

Thanks for implementing this change! This one item was preventing me from using and really becoming an in-depth user of Aptana. This is by far my favorite IDE and I have tried several. You are doing great work and it is much appreciated.

@Andrea, I'm using Aptana Studio, build: 1.5.1.025914. But I have the same problem, no updates are availible.

Andrea and Niels, I also have the same issue. I'm running XP with the build from this month...Not showing any SFTP updates...
