A Lakeland, Fla., company on Thursday selected Glendale Studios as the new headquarters for its television network operations - a move that could add more than 200 jobs to the local economy.
EVRO Corp. will move its operations and those of its subsidiary - Channel America Television Network Inc., now based in Darien, Conn. - to Glendale this summer.
EVRO and Channel America will lease a 4,000-square-foot soundstage, master control and editing facilities, and office facilities for five years. Terms were not announced.
Channel America is a hybrid network distributed through full-power direct cable and low-power television affiliates. …
