Biography

Nolan Hurlburt is an associate in our Litigation Group in the Vancouver office. He maintains a commercial litigation practice and has experience in a range of cases, including contractual claims, insurance coverage disputes, construction and real property litigation and the application of privacy legislation.

Nolan received his JD from the University of British Columbia in 2012, where he was the recipient of the Richard R. Sugden, Q.C. Prize in Trial Advocacy, the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia Kenneth S. Fawcus Memorial Prize, the Kootenay Bar Association Memorial Scholarship in Law and other awards. He received his B.Eng. from the University of Victoria in 2007, where he graduated on the Dean’s List.

Nolan was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2013 and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of British Columbia.
