Critical Error – My WordPress Website Is Not Loading

  Hello WordPress Support,

  my website is not working anymore. When I try to open my website, I only see the following message:

  “Critical error on this website. Please check your site administrator email inbox for instructions. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.”

  My website is completely unavailable, and I cannot find the reason for this issue.

  Could you please help me identify the cause of this critical error and advise me on how to fix it?

  Hello @infof0e701d86ea, let’s try and fix that!

  This error occurred probably because of a plugin or theme conflict. To find the culprit you need to enable debugging in WordPress.

  How to do this is described here: https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ – also the support of your hosting can help you if necessary to edit the file accordingly.

  Let me know what error you get from the debugging log.
