Recovery of a Gravatar profile whose primary e-mail doesn’t work anymore
-
Hello, I have a problem logging into Gravatar.
Ages ago I created a Gravatar profile (https://gravatar.com/dryak), but the e-mail forwarding service associated with my primary e-mail (bigfoot.com) doesn’t exist anymore (though I still control the e-mail to which it was forwarding).I only have access to my Gravatar’s secondary e-mail adresses (I am currently writing this using one of those).
WordPress’ “Account Recovery” pages needs at least one Proof of Ownership, but the activation URL is too old and not in my e-mail account anymore, I’ve never bought anything and thus have no receipt, and not yet setup a two-factor authentication code.
So I can’t submit this form for review by a human.I still have access to the secondary addresses (Gmail, my own sympato.ch domain including this current address I am writing from, universities where I work, etc.) and can provide Gravatar activation URL at request, or respond to e-mails on them.
Also wordpress’s login refuses to accept with any of those secondary e-mails, so I can’t log into wordpress (that’s why I quickly created this profile).
I also still have access to all the social network listed on my Gravatar page (all those with 2FA).
So there are lots of way for me to prove to a human operator that I own this account (secondary e-mails, social networks, etc.) But I cannot reach one neither through the “Account Recovery” nor through logging into WordPress.
The support chatbot suggested using the wordpress forums, but even those require a log-in (hence the current quickly created profile)
How can I reach out to a human so that my primary e-mail on Gravatar is switched to any of the secondary e-mail I still own?

Note:
- I’ve also tried contacting Gravatar through Twitter https://x.com/DoktorYak/status/2082035498764132734 (public thread, they don’t seem to accept DMs as suggested by the support chatbot)
- I’ve also tried contacting WordPress through LinkedIn in direct messages.
- (Both cases using the same social network accounts as listed on my profile)

Update:
Gravatar’s Twitter answer sends me back to the “Account Recovery” form, which I cannot submit because none of the exact 3 required proof of ownership (activation URL, receipt, 2FA) work for me.
That’s even if I could prove ownership through lots of other means (several secondary e-mail, including the one I’m currently using in this forum; all the social networks listed on my profile; etc.) once I finally get access to a human.
