Deactivate and then re-activate the plugin, that will clear out some extra API/connection process options, while not deleting forms/lists that you’ve created.
Hello Michael, thanks to your response. Is there any other way to make sure the I can reconnect in case deactivating and reactivating of the plugin didn’t work?
Regards,
Based on others who experienced similar things, this is a pretty solid and best step to take
This worked for us, thank you. Any idea what causes the errors/disconnects? Seems like we’ve increasingly experienced them over the past year or two.
Is staging possibly a factor? If so, do you have any suggestions for handling staging? We use the staging feature offered in the DreamPress control panel.
It would depend on whats in available logs to better know what/why things are failing. I know there was a lot of work in May/June around the topic as well.
Staging installs would definitely play potential parts, as refresh tokens are one time use, and database syncs would put tokens into multiple installs, thus multiple places that may use them. There was a partial rollback of forced disconnecting of staging sites, in the last release.
