Hi @carmensheon, so you don’t get the progress bar going and counter for imported files increasing?
If that’s the case, you could check Console and Network tabs in DevTools of your browser, to see if you can find out what the actual problem or error is. You might also want to turn on WordPress debugging. If you’re unfamiliar with these things, googling them and checking out first results will for sure explain it much better than I ever could 🙂
If you find out what’s the problem, please let me know so I can try to fix it.
Thank you
Erol
Hi ! Thank you for your reply!
Sadly, I am not that familiar with all the error messages:
here is the screenshot
https://prnt.sc/u4y0yj
Please help! Would really appreciate T.T
Trying to debug as well.
Thanks for the screenshot, seems like those errors are coming from some other places, so I hope those will net prevent this plugin from working.
But while you have it open like that, please try to select 1 file (just to check if it works) then try to import it (make sure “Dry Run” is not selected) and you should see some new outputs in the Console.
Hi! Sadly, when I click on the file ( To Show the single files ) It does not even response at all. Same as the button. there is no response no matter how many times I click.
Oh I see, well, then maybe those errors you sent in a screenshot are really causing some problems. Maybe you can try to solve those first.
So that first error:
ReferenceError wpColorPickerL10n wp-color-picker-alpha.min.js not defined
seems to be related to this: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/help-wordpress-5-5-update-crashing-elementor-color-picker-issue/
So you can try to temporary disable that plugin (Elementor Page Builder), or to check how others solved it.
For the second error:
TypeError jquery(...).live is not a function sr-admin.js
I’m not sure which plugin or even browser extension needs to be disabled, but you can try them one by one until that error stops showing up in the Console.
So when both errors are gone from the Console (from the screenshot), please try if this plugin starts responding.
Hi! I tried deactivating all plugins but still did not work. However, Good news is, I managed to solve the issue by disabling ‘Cloudflare’
The files is still loading though, hopefully it works!
Hmm interesting, thanks for letting me know what was causing those issues.
But did it work in the end? 🙂
