    Hey folks,

I’ve installed Jetpack CRM on my site and I’m having trouble activating it. My site is a multisite (subdomains), and everything works fine on subsites, but not on the main site, which is strange. I’ve done a full plugin conflict test but I continue to get the ‘Sorry, no acccess’ message when trying to visit the Jetpack plugin settings (via the plugins overview page, since the plugin doen’st appear in the left menu).

NOTE: This is when logged in as Super Admin.

WPMUDEV support has double checked for me, and they confirm:

Indeed, the issue is still there even after doing a conflict test, and after further checking, it seems like there is a huge chance that it’s from the Jetpack CRM settings and how it should behave from the Multisite network.

Hope it can be fixed asap.

    Thanks.

    Hello again

I’ve done some more troubleshooting, and I’ve discovered that its probably sometihng to do with capabilities. When I log in with my usual super admin, I have the issue. But when I then promote another user to super admin and log in with that user, then everything works just fine. Is there some capability of Jetpack CRM that a super admin should NOT have…?

    Thanks,

    Mikkel

    Hi again, @mikkeltoftlund!

Thanks for the extra troubleshooting details — that’s really helpful. The capabilities clue is interesting, but to confirm exactly what’s happening on the main site we’ll need to take a closer look at your setup.

Could you please share the main site URL here, or send it privately via our contact form? If you use the contact form, please include a link to this forum thread so we can connect the dots.

Once we can check the site directly, we’ll be able to confirm the cause and advise on next steps.

    Thanks!
