My client is also facing same error again and again. she bought 3 year hosting plan with Siteground. http://mumblings.com.au/wp-admin this is the link where I am facing this issue. everytime I talk with siteground support they says that there is no issue from there side and my website starts working fine after some time. this is how their support work everytime I talked to them.
