FOX45: Storms leave more than 1,200 BGE customers without power in Central Maryland

BGE reported 1,294 customers without power Sunday night, most of them in Anne Arundel County

More than 1,000 customers across Central Maryland were without electricity Sunday night as severe thunderstorms moved through the region.

According to Baltimore Gas and Electric Co.’s outage tracker, 1,294 customers were affected as of 9:22 p.m. Sunday.

Anne Arundel County reported the highest number of customers affected, with 595 without power across 34 outages.

Carroll County reported 307 customers without power, while Baltimore County had 323.

Baltimore City reported 24 customers without electricity.
