Chulalongkorn University has opened a channel for students, staff, and the general public to send suggestions and complaints directly to the university administrators and department heads. Comments can be submitted at https://transparency.chula.ac.th/petition

Moreover, for those who have been unfairly treated or have witnessed activities that are against the law or university policy, complaints can be e-mailed to rakang@chula.ac.th

All comments and complaints will help to improve the university’s services and management.
