Arch CU is One of Asia’s Leading Architectural Schools
Widely regarded as one of the best architectural schools in Asia, Chulalongkorn’s Faculty of Architecture (Arch CU) produces graduates with architectural knowledge that meets universal standards, have a cultural identity, social responsibility, and professional ethics. As Thailand’s longest established school of architecture (founded in 1933), Arch CU has produced more than 5,000 graduates serving the public sectors and private enterprises both at local and international levels. Students are encouraged to explore, experiment, and experience architectural concepts and designs.
They are exposed to a variety of teaching methods, under suitable environments, and prepared to become practitioners with intellect and vision. Graduates are trained to adapt and integrate the theoretical and practical know-how, be ready to professionally address ongoing challenges faced by architects today, and prepare for the changes of tomorrow.

International Engagement and Collaboration
To further complement this core curriculum, students will have many opportunities for international engagement and collaboration through a series of workshops, seminars, and international guest lectures.
Career Opportunities
Our alumni are practicing architecture professionally and working in other related professions around the world. Many of our students also pursue further education at top universities. Other areas of career paths also include historians, theorists, conservationists, building technologists, real estate investors, or facility managers. Graduates may also decide to pursue graduate studies in other design and planning disciplines such as urban design, landscape architecture, industrial design, interior design, design innovation, or explore the business aspect of architecture.
