If something's wrong with your order after it arrives, the fastest way to get it sorted is through the Order Help feature in the Deliveroo app or on their website. Just head to Order History, pick the order in question, and report the problem you've experienced.

Deliveroo next-day delivery

To receive your order the next day, please place your order before 1 p.m. on any weekday. Orders placed after this time will be delivered as soon as possible on the next available working day. All orders placed by 1 p.m. on a Friday will be delivered by 9 a.m. the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
