Yes, if you have the email address of the recipient, we can send an e-card at the time of purchase or on a date of your choice. Please note that if your gift subscription comes with a welcome gift, the welcome gift will be sent to you to give to the recipient or to keep for yourself.

Which issue will my subscription start from?/When will my first magazine arrive?

Print subscriptions: When you place your print order, you will be able to choose the start issue of your subscription once in the checkout and the expected delivery date will be shown.

Digital subscriptions will be accessible on the day of purchase. Once you have completed checkout, you will receive further instructions on how to access your digital subscription.

How will I find out about rewards, competitions and access to content?

Currently, digital subscription rewards can ONLY be accessed via the app. So please install the app on your phone or tablet.

Is the app optimised for use on smartphones?

Yes – every issue of the magazine and all content is published in what we call ‘device-optimised templates’ on our app. This means that no matter the size of the screen you use, your magazine will be easy to read.

What additional features does the app offer over a print magazine?

The app gives you the best of both worlds! You can either enjoy your digital magazine in old-fashioned ‘magazine view’, which is basically a PDF replica of your print magazine, OR you can read it in optimised template format - we call this ‘digital-view’ mode.

On the app, when you’re reading the magazine in digital-view mode, you’ll see a header bar at the top of each article. Here you’ll be able to:
