Digi-Rail-Chemist vendor familiarization meeting on IREPS e-Auction Leasing portal is being organized on 04.05.2026 (Monday) at 11:00 Hrs.
Centre for Railway Information Systems (CRIS) is conducting an e-auction on 14.05.2026 (Thursday) under the Digi-Rail-Chemist project for supply and delivery of medicines to Northern Railway Central Hospital (NRCH) including Health Units / Dispensaries under its administrative control, and / or their Railway- beneficiaries (under UMID) for the areas covered in the e-Auction Catalogue. Interested and eligible vendors are required to register on the Indian Railways E-Procurement System (IREPS) portal (https://www.ireps.gov.in).
A one-time non-refundable registration fee (as applicable) of ₹10,000/- + GST is to be paid online prior to participation in the e-auction, if not already paid. Auction details are available on the IREPS E-Auction Leasing Module under Organization CRIS. E-auction Catalogue No. 0126 MED1. Auction Start on 14.05.2026 (Thursday) at 11:00 hours. In this regard, a vendor familiarization meeting on IREPS e-Auction Leasing portal is being organized at CRIS, Conference Hall, 3rd Floor, ITPI Building, 4-A, Ring Road, I.P. Estate, New Delhi on 04.05.2026 (Monday) at 11:00 Hrs. Interested vendors may attend.

IR-USSOR 2021 (as per ACS 1 to IRUSSOR 2021) directory published
1. IRUSSOR-2019 and USSOR-2010 has been archived on 14.06.2024.
2. A new version (Version 3) has been created for IR-USSOR 2021 (as per ACS 1 to IRUSSOR 2021). All zonal railways are advised to updated the rates against this version at the earliest. IR-USSOR 2021 Version 2 will be discontinued from 01.07.2024.

Attention Vendors: - Generation of e-Dispatch Note in Goods & Services Module of IREPS
It is mandatory for all vendors to generate e-dispatch note duly entering the dispatch details, while dispatching the materials to consignee against the Indian Railway supply contracts. This facility can be accessed through Contracts Tab on your homepage after login in Goods & Services Module.
