Sunset on the Snake River hits differently. The American Jazz in Lewiston, Idaho, set against calm water and rolling hills, is one of those moments that reminds you why this work matters. As the Hotel General Manager onboard, I have the privilege of leading the team responsible for turning a scene like this into a seamless guest experience. What looks calm and effortless on the surface is powered by coordination across every department. Hospitality, culinary, housekeeping, guest services, and excursions all working in sync to deliver a level of service that matches the setting. Lewiston sits at the intersection of rich history, rugged landscape, and the spirit of exploration that defines the Snake River.
