Let's celebrate Toby Lund's new role with ARK!!! Toby Lund is the director of transitions at ARK Hospitality. Toby began his hospitality career in 2005 as a front desk agent and was quickly promoted to front office manager while attending college. Early in his career, he demonstrated a natural aptitude for hospitality, consistently delivering exceptional guest experiences and fostering a welcoming environment. Over the years, Toby has held a wide range of roles within the industry, including banquet manager, bartender, front office manager, director of sales, general manager, and task force operations. This diverse background has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations and a versatile, hands-on leadership approach. In 2024, Toby joined the ARK crew as an operations support manager and has since advanced to his current role, where he focuses on brand onboarding, acquisitions, renovations, and system implementations.
