Gratitude should not be reserved for a holiday. This week, our Bellevue, WA team got together for lunch. Good Mediterranean food, great conversation, and a chance to say something we do not say enough: we see the work you put in, and we appreciate it. There is something about sharing a meal that makes people slow down and connect. The food helped too. Plenty of second servings, which is always a good sign. It is easy to move from one priority to the next without stopping to recognize the people behind the work. This was our way of doing that. What does it take to scale a role from one market to a regional one? Most people think it’s about the title. It’s not. Expanding into the Americas is a different level of complexity, a broader network, and a higher bar for execution. For me, the shift comes down to three things: depth, consistency, and relationships. Many firms operate across multiple ecosystems. But partners who go deep, who stay close to Microsoft technology and ensure things work according to clients’ expectations, are still rare. My edge has always been strategy and execution. Not just strategy on a PowerPoint slide, but staying close to the technology, making sure it delivers, and being the person clients can count on when it matters. That's always been how I operate, and it's what I'm bringing into this expanded role. The U.S. market has its own dynamics. Building credibility takes time, presence, and a genuine commitment to delivery. That's the promise I bring, and I let the work speak about my brand. What I carry into this next chapter is adaptability, built from years of navigating change, complex environments, and high-stakes execution. That foundation doesn't change with geography.
