Blueprint to Big Day: Cleveland, Ohio 🌊✨ Set along the edge of a golf club overlooking Lake Erie, this Arcum Structure was designed to fully integrate with its surroundings while supporting a seamless event experience from start to finish. Here’s how it came together: 1. Unmatched Experience Familiarity with high-demand venues allowed our team to guide layout, flow, and foundation planning early, ensuring the structure complemented both the property and the guest experience. 2. Custom CAD Design A fully tailored plan featuring an 82’ x 82’ Arcum Structure, additional catering and restroom tents, and a defined entrance sequence from the clubhouse. 3. Foundation + Build Execution began with structural framework and hardwood flooring installation, setting the stage for a precise and efficient build. 4. Installation By end of day, the structure was fully installed and vendor-ready, allowing for a smooth transition into final event setup. 5. Onsite Support A Blue Peak team member remained onsite throughout the event to proactively support planners and ensure everything ran seamlessly. 6. Final Outcome Clear Arcum walls framed uninterrupted views of Lake Erie, creating an immersive environment that blended natural surroundings with elevated event design. We are thrilled to introduce Blue Peak’s newest concept 🤎 The Taupe Atrium 🤎 blending architectural structure with a warmer, more refined palette. The soft taupe framing offers an elevated alternative to traditional black or white structures, allowing the tent to integrate more naturally with landscapes, estates, and luxury event aethetics. Paired with our new 3D rendering capabilities, planners and clients can now visualize the structure directly within the event site before installation begins. Most wedding venues are chosen. This one was engineered. ⚙️💪 When a family reached out about hosting a wedding on their lakefront property in Wisconsin, the vision was clear: they wanted a venue that felt like it had always belonged there. No ballroom. No hotel. Just the lawn, the lake, and something built specifically for that day. Here's how we took it from blueprint to their big day: 01. Site Visit: We walked the property, assessed the terrain, and mapped out what was possible given the grade of the lawn and proximity to the water. 02. CAD Design: Custom drawings and 3D renderings gave the client a true-to-life preview before a single stake touched the ground. 03. Foundation: On a sloped lakeside lawn, the base work is everything. We got it right before we built anything on top of it. 04. Installation: A full atrium structure, raised in just a few days, by a team that's done this enough times to make it look easy. 05. Quality Check: We walked every inch of the finished structure before handing it off. Every anchor point, every panel, every connection confirmed. 06. The Full Picture: Coordinated with the planning, floral, lighting, and catering teams to make sure the structure served the full vision seamlessly. The result was a venue that didn't feel like a rental. It felt like it was always meant to be there. ✨⛺Blue Peak Employee Spotlight: Meet, Kyle Turriff Get to know Kyle Turriff, a key part of the Blue Peak team who helps bring weddings and special events to life. 💬 What part of your work energizes you the most? Every event is different, which keeps work exciting. It is meaningful helping plan weddings and special events by finding the right mix of tenting, flooring, equipment, and layout for such an important day. 🏗️ What is a Blue Peak detail you think does not get enough credit? The Black Atrium Structures. The black frame completely changes the look and feel compared to traditional tents. Getting the look just right took a lot of behind-the-scenes planning, and the final result is always worth it. ✨ What is a build or moment you will never forget? A private wedding in Michigan where we installed a 70’ x 132’ Black Atrium with a custom Arcum roof and glass walls over a 12-foot scaffold floor. The scale of the build and the custom entry stairs made it epic. 🔮 What is something people should keep an eye on next year? New tent and flooring options launching soon that will expand what is possible for future events. 📸 What are you learning patience from right now? Film photography. Shooting on film forces me to slow down, be intentional, and wait to see the results. It can be frustrating and rewarding at the same time. 🌍 Where is a place that feels personal to you? Scotland. My family is almost entirely Scottish, and there is even a town called Turriff where my great-grandparents came from. I cannot wait to visit. 🎬 What movie do you never get tired of? Top Gun: Maverick.
