(Energy Steel), an established manufacturer of machined products and components for the civil nuclear power industry, will merge with Hayward Tyler Inc. Energy Steel Acquires Ajax Pumps Intellectual Property rights from Gardner Denver Energy Steel & Supply Co, a manufacturer of machined products and components for the civil nuclear power industry, has entered into an agreement to purchase the Ajax positive displacement pump line and all associated intellectual property from Gardner Denver, a global manufacturer of industrial equipment including pumps, compressors, and blowers. Energy Steel will manufacture Ajax positive displacement pumps and parts from its Michigan, USA facility and will be the technical authority for design, code compliance, and regulatory requirements of positive displacement pumps and associated components, and will handle all quotes, engineering and delivery to nuclear power providers and industrial segment customers.
