Growing a regional healthcare workforce takes more than hiring, it takes creating pathways for the next generation of healthcare professionals. In our latest Industry Spotlight Series video, Scott Broome, CEO of MUSC Health Catawba Region, discusses MUSC’s approach to workforce development and the importance of partnering with local educational institutions such as York Technical College and USC Lancaster.
