We’re proud to be part of CMS Energy, an organization advancing measurable environmental impact reductions while supporting a more sustainable energy future. 🌱 Inspiring the Next Generation Our Dearborn Industrial Generation team will be onsite at the Green Schoolyards Earth Day Expo at Salina Schools, helping students experience sustainability firsthand. The Dearborn Green Schoolyards initiative has transformed school grounds into nature-based learning environments that support hands-on learning. From classrooms to communities, we believe progress happens when people are part of the conversation. A special highlight was the event’s partnership with Fisher Improvement Technologies (FIT), whose science based Human and Organizational Performance training empowered us to rethink how we approach safety, quality and reliability. This collaborative environment encouraged us to share insights, discuss strategies and collectively shape our plants long term sustainability vision.
