Agree. Best to avoid speculating about doomsday privacy scenarios for if/how cameras in AirPods would be implemented … the Apple team isn’t dumb. Better to focus on what the net positive use cases might be & give Apple the benefit of the doubt they will meet everyone’s privacy expectations. Okay to highlight risks — privacy would be on the list — but expect Apple will have a plan to address any/all risks.

Mark's take: NVIDIA is making entry-level edge AI a lot less “entry-level” with Jetson Orin Nano 2, delivering twice the inference performance of its predecessor while cutting power consumption by 40% at the same performance level. The bigger story is that NVIDIA is pushing serious generative AI and real time reasoning out of the data center and directly into robots, drones, vision systems and autonomous machines, which could dramatically accelerate the physical AI market.
