100+ 𝐀𝐈 𝐀𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐔𝐬𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐬: 𝐀 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐩 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐀𝐈 𝐀𝐝𝐨𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 StackAI’s AI Agents: 100+ Use Cases Transforming Enterprises provides a useful reference, covering more than 100 practical workflows across Insurance, Banking, Government, Industrials, Operations, Sales and Marketing, Real Estate, Legal, Education, Lending, Wealth Management, and Compliance. ➡️ Most examples follow a recognizable enterprise workflow: 1️⃣ 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧 𝐢𝐧𝐩𝐮𝐭 𝐨𝐫 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭 An email arrives, a document is uploaded, a customer asks a question, a tender is received, or a transaction needs reviewing. 2️⃣ 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 The agent connects to sources such as SharePoint, Salesforce, Snowflake, ERP systems, internal policies, databases, or uploaded documents. 3️⃣𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐳𝐞 𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐈 + 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐫𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐬 The system extracts information, compares documents, checks requirements, identifies anomalies, summarizes evidence, or recommends the next action. 4️⃣ 𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐟𝐥𝐨𝐰 Examples include: ▪️ Processing invoices ▪️ Reconciling supplier statements ▪️ Drafting RFP responses ▪️ Analyzing tenders ▪️ Reviewing contracts ▪️ Preparing meeting briefings ▪️ Answering internal SOP questions ▪️ Monitoring compliance ▪️ Routing project requests 5️⃣ 𝐊𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐡𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐩 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 Many of the examples include escalation, approval, exception handling, or final human review before relevant actions are completed. That is an important design principle. The AI agents business case becomes stronger when they are applied to processes that are repetitive, document-heavy, rule-driven, fragmented across systems, and dependent on manual coordination. For organizations evaluating AI agent opportunities, should start by mapping workflows rather than selecting technology. Tech leaders in Higher Ed ask me all the time: "Where do we even start with AI?" That's exactly why we built this webinar. Join Howard Miller, CIO at UCLA Anderson + StackAI for a candid conversation about the higher ed AI story - from early experiments with generative AI to Agentic Workflows running across career services, IT, HR, and beyond. If you're a CIO at a university trying to map out your own AI strategy, come see what Howard calls "the art of the possible" next week! Registration in the comments.

🤯 We automated an insurer’s entire AML review process with AI agents. Full breakdown of how we built it below ⬇️ 1. A government alert comes in flagging a suspected money launderer.  2. Workflow executes internal database search + web search → AI agent issues a pre-screening decision  3. Relevant SOPs pulled from SharePoint  4. Compliance memo drafted + sent to human for review  5. If approved, a browser-based agent logs into the portal and closes the account ⏰ 10mins start to finish (down from 3-4 hours per case).  No account closed without human sign-off.  This is one of the StackAI use cases I’m proudest of- because it shows that with the proper guardrails and gates, we can make agentic AI run right in the world’s most regulated industries.  If you're in risk/compliance and want to see this in depth, shoot me a message!

Property managers: still flagging late tenants by hand on a spreadsheet? Automate that with StackAI instead! We built a workflow for one of our customers that:   🔍 Scans every tenant row and flags issues with in-cell comments:  🏠 Depending on severity → flags for follow-up or adds a payment demand  ✅ Returns a clean Excel file for the manager to approve or reject That’s hundreds of hours saved (with a human in the loop for safety) DM me to learn more about how it works!

Your enterprise isn't ready for enterprise AI 🙃 That's what I wrote about in my latest for CIO Online - the fact that most CIOs are entirely unprepared to deal with the realities of governing enterprise-wide AI.  So I'm sharing my learnings from 100s of enterprise AI deployments, including: - My 8-layer governance framework that covers everything from org-wide policy to data access - A simple diagnostic that IT can run to test AI readiness  - My real thoughts on multi-tenant vs. single-tenant At StackAI we take governance really seriously, it's part of the philosophy of our platform because it means CIOs can scale Agentic Workflows across their organizations safely + privately. The governance framework we've developed is actually one of the things I'm proudest of when I look back. 🤝 Check out the full article at the link in comments ⬇️

It’s still crazy to me that StackAI helped a leading bank automate KYC - safely and securely.  1. Intakes ID document and extracts data  2. Parallel adverse media screening + OFAC search with browser navigation 3. Comprehensive risk assessment summary  4. Automatic alert email to compliance team  This amazing use case earned the trust of a HIGHLY skeptical IT team in just a few weeks.  We helped one of the most data-sensitive organizations on earth bring AI agents to life!  Want to learn more about how StackAI works for regulated enterprises? DMs always open.

  • A warm welcome to Harrison Macdonald, StackAI's newest SDR!  Before joining us, he built sales experience at another YC-backed startup and also took the leap to become a founder himself. We're excited to have him on the team and can't wait to see the impact he'll make.
