It made me think about the insurance industry and the yin and yang of chaos and clarity. It reminded me of a call I had with JD Geiger and Ramón Muchacho Muchacho from StackAI — a team that’s helping organizations cut through that complexity in a meaningful way. So many leaders today are dealing with the same challenges: • Workloads that keep growing • Processes that take too long • Systems that don’t connect • Teams stuck doing repetitive work instead of meaningful work StackAI is helping simplify all of that. I've spent three years inside enterprise AI deployments across private capital, legal, healthcare, insurance, and banking. The AI workflows with the highest ROI across industries follow some similar patterns: event based trigger + multi-agent teams + human-in-the-loop. 🏦 In private capital, an inbound deal triggers a team of agents that classify the opportunity, parse the attachments, screen it against the firm's criteria, and draft a preliminary memo before the associate even opens their morning queue. 🏥 In healthcare, a prior auth agent pulls clinical evidence from the EHR, matches it to payer criteria, drafts the letter, and sends it to a nurse case manager who approves or edits in seconds. 📝 For legal teams, a new contract lands and one agent extracts the key clauses, a second compares them against the firm's gold standard, and a third drafts a redline with proposed alternative language, all routed to the reviewing attorney's queue so nothing goes out without sign-off. My advice to CIOs and tech leaders: ignore the noise and focus the patterns driving the most value. Link to full article in comments.

When I applied to Cornell University, I remember telling my mom, “The worst that can happen is they say no. I already think that’s going to happen, so let’s just apply.” And today, I graduate from the school that once felt like only a dream. I moved to New York City with a dream, while NYC itself had always been a dream too. I got to spend two incredible years studying at Cornell, surrounded by the Manhattan skyline, learning from some of the smartest people I have ever met, and pushing myself far beyond what I thought I was capable of. Along the way, I found an internship I really wanted at StackAI, worked harder than I ever had, and experienced moments that had once felt completely out of reach. Today, I am officially an Ivy League graduate, and I couldn’t be happier or more grateful to share this. But this is only the beginning. This is not the biggest achievement of my life. You might burn through a billion tokens in a matter of days, but does that mean you're getting your money's worth? Even more, can you point to the value-add of each token? We take a radically different approach by charging for runs rather than tokens. And you don't have to do it alone: every enterprise we work with gets a team of AI experts (AI strategists and forward deployed engineers) to help design workflows around different agents/LLMs, dedicated to specific tasks, that prevent wasting tokens.
