Celebrating Learning & Growth at Voltas Beko Our recently concluded Engineers Conclave 2026 was a proud milestone for our Graduate Engineer Trainees Batch of 2025. It gave them a platform to reflect and showcase their transformative one-year journey at VoltasBeko. Over the past year, our GETs had the opportunity to work across two different departments, gaining diverse exposure, developing cross-functional understanding, and contributing meaningfully to our business operations. At our Factory of Happiness, achieving milestones has become our new normal, and this time, it carried a deeper purpose.   On 12th June, we organized a blood donation camp in remembrance of the tragic plane crash in Ahmedabad, marking one year since the incident.   Together, we turned remembrance into action and hope.   💉 114 units of blood donated 🙌 125+ participants   Each contribution reflects the power of unity, empathy, and responsibility that defines our culture.   This World Blood Donor Day, we proudly honor every donor who chose to give the gift of life. Last week, we brought our Core 7 Behaviors to life through an immersive workshop at Sanand, a step towards building a stronger culture and a stronger organization. The day was filled with energy, collaboration, and engaging activities designed to bring these behaviors to life. Through team challenges, meaningful discussions, personal reflections, and shared learning moments, employees explored what these behaviors look like in action. What stood out most was seeing colleagues from different teams come together, challenge their perspectives, learn from one another, and connect everyday actions to the behaviors that will shape the future of VoltasBeko. In continuation of our commitment towards environment at VoltasBeko, we believe that small actions, when taken together, can create a meaningful impact on our planet. This World Environment Day, our team stepped out of the workplace and into nature to make a difference.   A plantation and cleaning drive at Vichhiya Village near Sanand, brought together the enthusiasm and commitment of 130 employees who volunteered for the cause.   We came together to revive a pond, clearing and restoring nearly 5,000 square meters of space, breathing life back into a vital local ecosystem. Alongside this, the spirit of growth took root as we planted over 200 saplings of native species like Neem, Gulmohar, Ashok, and Jamun, each one a step towards richer biodiversity and a greener, more sustainable tomorrow.   What stayed with us wasn’t just the work we had done, but the promise we’ve made, to keep showing up for the environment.
