Ask three teams in your organization which AI tools are approved, and you'll likely get three different answers. This is rarely due to a lack of decision-making. Most enterprise teams are already making these choices, project by project and judgment call by judgment call, without establishing consistent standards for the organization. Swipe for five areas worth documenting, and save this for your next governance review, and read the full article from Automattic for Agencies: https://lnkd.in/gt9w-hMC

The dashboard is no longer the only place where analytics questions are asked. Instead, work has shifted to the AI assistant, but for most teams, the answer to "How did this perform?" still lies elsewhere. Over half of analytics leaders report that their teams already query their data using plain language. The real issue isn't the question itself, but the time and effort needed to find the answer. Parse.ly MCP aims to close that gap by integrating your analytics into the AI assistant you already use, grounded in your actual data. Scroll through to see how roles change when analytics meet people right where they work. Where does your team spend the most time moving from question to answer? https://lnkd.in/gt_VxRf4

There’s often tension between the people who build and the people who publish, and most content platforms force you to pick a side. Developers want freedom, while marketers want speed. AI is only raising the stakes: developers are generating content, marketers are shipping code, and the old boundary is dissolving. A hybrid CMS should handle both seamlessly, allowing both teams to work in one system without stepping on each other’s toes or compromising. That’s the standard we hold ourselves to, and it’s also why Constellation Research, Inc. named WordPress VIP to its Constellation ShortList™ for Content Management System (CMS) – Hybrid (2026). For enterprise teams, not having to choose between freedom and speed changes what's possible. Read more here https://lnkd.in/gq3b9_VX)

In 30 days, ChatGPT went from sending Pew Research Center almost no traffic to becoming its second-largest referrer. Pew had wanted to make its research more legible to AI systems, and it was a project they originally scoped at six months. By working with a WordPress VIP Forward Deployed Engineer, they shipped it in one. That work earned WordPress VIP a finalist spot for Best Content Management System at the 2026 Digiday Technology Awards. Most sites still can't see how much of their traffic is starting to come from AI systems, and Pew decided to build for it before they had to. Read the full story: https://lnkd.in/gyKiiMdR
