We’ll be participating in next week’s IEEE Power & Energy Society Transformers Committee meetings in Fort Worth. These sessions are where many of the industry’s transformer standards and application challenges are actively worked through, often before they appear in project requirements. A few areas we’re paying close attention to:  * Reverse power flow impacts on transformers  * Evolving maintenance and installation requirements driven by renewables and energy storage  * Application differences between utility infrastructure and distributed energy resources  These aren’t theoretical discussions; they’re directly influencing how projects are designed, specified, and operated. Our focus is on translating these developments into practical guidance for our clients.
