This was my comment when I read it: "Wow, this is a fantastic collection of quotes! Thank you for assembling them, Alan. It's through quotes like these that you can get a real feeling of how people feel about art. My favorite quote from the article is by Robert Shimshak, an art collector from Berkeley, CA: "As a collector, you will know it when you see it. It's personal. You will not have to be convinced by anyone to acquire it; it will be something you simply must have. Comedian Grant Lyon is about to embark on a 37 location comedy tour all about the world of board games, and includes an hour in which he will be leading games with the entire audience from the stage! Unfortunately for me, none of the cities are near my home in New Jersey, but I know many of my friends here live in cities where he will be visiting. See below for details. This job isn’t posted yet, but will be shortly. But this is one of them...and with good reason! 🖍️ 📺 I just watched a few episodes of Genevieve's Playhouse and I think they are fantastic! I particularly enjoyed and learned some Spanish words in the English and Spanish colors video (screen shot below). They are quite relaxing and the narration is friendly and easy to understand.
