Amanda Kelly Honner reacted on thisAmanda Kelly Honner reacted on thisLast week, I returned to Las Vegas for Robert Half’s annual Reach for the Stars Recognition and Awards event - an opportunity to reconnect, reflect, and celebrate alongside some truly incredible colleagues. In late 2023, I moved to the Strategic Accounts team, focusing on Client Acquisition and Expansion, and it has proven to be one of the best professional decisions I’ve made. I’ve had the privilege of partnering with dozens of Fortune 1000 organizations, similarly structured privately held companies, and emerging enterprises to help establish national staffing partnerships that drive profitability and long‑term growth. I’m incredibly thankful for the personal and professional growth that’s come with this role - and even more grateful to the people I work with. The support, encouragement, and shared expertise from my colleagues and leaders across Robert Half have continuously challenged me to be better. And because of that support, I was honored to receive the Pinnacle Award last week, recognizing my performance on the team. This feels very much like a shared win - one I could not have accomplished without the clients who trust me as a partner and the teammates who support me every step of the way.
