Getting to see our inspectors from all over the country answer the call, put others before themselves, and step up to help people begin the process of rebuilding is something special. It’s one thing to talk about the culture we have at Seek Now, but it’s another thing to see it firsthand. These guys have put in some early mornings and some really late nights. They’re tired, they’re away from their families, and the days aren’t always easy… BUT THEY SHOW UP EVERY SINGLE DAY. That says everything about the people we have here. We have an incredibly talented, dedicated, and caring group of people at Seek Now, and I couldn’t be more proud to be a part of it. To every inspector out there answering the call — thank you. Thank you for putting others first. Thank you for grinding through the long days. Thank you for being the difference and making an impact when people need it most. I couldn’t be more proud of what we have here. Keep showing up. Keep making a difference. 💚

Blake Adams shared thisOur newest solution is out now and available with all SeekNow property inspections. It takes over 150 data points captured by our network of 1,000+ Seekers in our field capture app and automatically creates an estimate aligned with an insurance carrier's guidelines. And a 37% quality improvement.Blake Adams shared thisOver the last decade, we’ve helped insurance carriers get consistent, accurate property data from the field in hours across every market. Now, we’re helping turn that data into draft estimates. Because when the data is structured the right way from the start, the estimate doesn’t need to be rebuilt. It just needs to be reviewed. When I first heard of it, I thought it was about the workforce - an ask for each person to do more work and prevent AI from taking over responsibilities and shrinking teams. But holy heck was I wrong and missing so many insights. By reuniting in person (my extreme extrovert is so fulfilled) and participating in: -A hilarious AND educational dating game product activity (Erin Gainey and Colleen Toliver never fail to excite and deliver) -An intentional, revolutionary role-specific AI exercise (Kim Hunter and Roman Lauer - simply the best leaders; what an incredible team you’ve cultivated!) -The most creative team building exercise to date -Mission moments of why what we do matters -Exciting product sessions, tying together our commitment to go above and beyond -And wrapping it up with a rejuvenating, intentional yoga class (thank you eternally, Jennifer Reinecke-Miller) I learned that “stretch, don’t shrink” means: -Exercising our creativity and being strategic and creative with our resources (AI, human connections, etc.) to accomplish more, instead of shrinking into the mundane, repetitive tasks just because “that’s just the way we’ve always done it” -Showing up for each other through tasks, time, and kind words, rather than solely shrinking back into our own problems and lanes -Embracing challenges and putting ourselves out there to shine and succeed, even though it can be comfortable and safer to shrink into the shadows Thank you, Florence Healthcare, for an invigorating few days. Florence Healthcare is full of unbelievable humans and I’m truly grateful to stretch with them. I cannot wait to see how we stretch our platform and ideas to better the industry! 💫

One thing I’ve learned about leadership is that you can never stop learning. As a leader in the clinical research industry, I need to stay connected to what’s happening across our field—not just within my own organization or network. I want to be in the rooms where professionals are discussing industry challenges, innovation, AI, regulatory and compliance changes, study startup, workforce needs, and what’s next for clinical research. That’s one of the reasons I joined The League. Through working groups, industry roundtables, leadership salons, and conversations with other leaders, I have another opportunity to listen, learn, contribute, and bring new perspectives back to the communities I serve. Leadership isn’t about knowing everything. It’s about continuing to put yourself in spaces where you can learn, contribute, collaborate, and grow. Excited for what’s ahead with The League! 💜 #ClinicalResearch #ClinicalTrials #Leadership #ProfessionalDevelopment #ClinicalResearchIndustry #WomenInLeadership #IndustryLeadership

Blake Adams reacted on thisLook at Buster The Adjuster becoming a voice in the industry!Blake Adams reacted on this📣 Two-For-Friday Second Ep Drop is Live! 🎧 “If an adjuster’s thinking about metrics instead of serving the customer, don’t you think that the customer can feel that? They can feel that.” Buster The Adjuster spent years adjusting mixes before he ever adjusted a claim. Then one claim changed the entire course of his life. When a storm sent six feet of water into his basement studio, destroying recordings, equipment and keepsakes, the adjuster who showed up noticed something in Buster that he hadn’t seen in himself yet: a musician knows how to listen. Maybe that same ear belonged in claims. Buster’s initial response? “The insurance industry does not need a Buster.” Turns out, it absolutely did. In Episode 26, Buster joins The Salty Adjuster and Producer Brett McKenzie to talk about the claim-inspired path that led him from professional musician to claims adjuster, why policies are a lot like sheet music, what adjusters lose when their work becomes too focused on production metrics, and why the most complicated part of a claim is often the human being living through it. We also talk Earth, Wind & Fire, flooded guitars, call back to earlier season convos with Heather Blevins, Curtis Goldsborough, Michael Balarezo of Adjusto, and Arvind Sontha of Kyber; desert-island album picks; Dino from The Flintstones; important Dairy Queen endorsement discourse; and the beginnings of what we can only hope becomes the Buster/Salty brand partnership. Sometimes life changes the arrangement without asking permission. You just have to adjust accordingly. Please enjoy the conversation with the one and only Buster the Adjuster. https://lnkd.in/gXX4XqSyEarth, Wind, Fire & The People at the Heart of Adjusting: Buster the Adjuster on All of ItEarth, Wind, Fire & The People at the Heart of Adjusting: Buster the Adjuster on All of It

Blake Adams reacted on thisBlake Adams reacted on thisOver the 6+ years that I've been in Atlanta's startup/business ecosystem, I've been a witness to the intense hustle culture it takes to be a part of it. Atlanta Tech Week makes me so proud because of the disruption it causes to that culture. It's easy to be tunnel vision on what we can produce, how we can profit, and what we can procure. But weeks like this past one remind us that we are humans designed for curiosity, connectedness, and community. I'm so proud that we were able to facilitate a week where thousands (upon thousands!) of players in this ecosystem stepped away from the daily grind to practice being... human: to learn, to connect, to give back, to have fun and so much more! Here are some of my favorite (maybe less conventional) Atlanta Tech Week photos, but I wanted to share some of the behind the scenes of pulling this off with an incredible team and some amazing partners and supporters. Atlanta is such a special place existing in its own lane. I'm honored to be here and to get to be a part of this work!

🔴🚧 The Scalability Paradox 🟢 A big insurer. 4M customers. 1.4M claims/year. And a quiet problem hiding in plain sight. 👀 📝 Critical claim details were buried in text. Only humans could find them. They were overloaded and 30% slipped through. Data was winning. 📉 🔍 So the team added an LLM as a scout 🤖, not a replacement. Human-in-the-loop. Structured thinking. Real reasoning. What happened next? 🔴 Humans found 68 critical claim parts 🟢 AI found 1,034 🔼 A 14× jump in visibility 🚀 But here’s the twist 🎬 The old bottleneck vanished… and a new one appeared. Investigators couldn’t keep up with the flood of AI leads. 📢 Lesson: The real risk isn’t AI replacing people. It’s AI exposing processes that were never built to scale. 📌 Insurer details (from the study): ⮞ Industry: Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance ⮞ Customers: ~4 million ⮞ Geographic reach: Nordic & Baltic regions ⮞ Claims volume: 1.4M+ claims annually (≈50% handled within 24 hours) ⮞ Business scope: Individuals, SMEs, and large enterprises ⮞ Operational complexity: 3 core business areas, 77 lines of business ⮞ Focus area: Automated identification of legally and financially critical claim parts using LLMs 👀 If you’ve read this far, you’ll definitely enjoy our upcoming real-world AI business case studies 💯 🔁 If this resonated, please repost so it reaches others building with AI. 🚀 Follow the Scale Invariance for more stories where AI meets real business impact.

Agency Ops Advantage

Today you're getting the second of five of my unpopular opinions about InsurTech, which is that *there is no universally "best" AMS, AI solution, tech vendor, etc.* Just because your friend found something that he loves using at his agency, or you heard about a solution that got a ton of praise at a conference, or you attended a webinar and saw a sponsored solution, DOESN'T MEAN IT'S DEFINITELY RIGHT FOR YOU. I've been in conversations at industry events where it becomes almost humorous to see people comparing vendors and cross-checking whether everyone's using the same thing or if someone is using a vendor that everyone else now decides they need to check out. It's like we get tricked into thinking that there is a perfect, clear winner among InsurTech solutions and that we're going to completely miss the boat if we use something different or (gasp) choose not to automate something at all. My encouragement to you is to fight the urge to hop on anyone's bandwagon. Perhaps the vendor you've heard about really is going to bring a solution that is perfect for your agency and exactly what you're looking for. But you need to find that out through an objective discovery process of your own. At Agency Ops Advantage, I recommend agency leaders use the scientific method to evaluate technology choices. This means starting with a hypothesis: "I believe that if I use this resource, it will enable us to achieve this outcome." (Hint-- if you aren't crystal clear on what the outcome is that you're trying to achieve by using the tool, stop and figure that out before proceeding!) Next, run some experiments. Invite a few beta testers from your agency to participate. Explain your hypothesis and ask them to thoroughly test the product to see if it proves your hypothesis correct. Third, review your findings. What did your beta testers learn during their experiments? Did the product deliver the solution as expected? If not, did the beta testers identify other potential use cases that justify additional testing? Or was the hypothesis incorrect? Now it's time to communicate your results. If you've decide to move forward with implementing this solution, call in your team and develop an effective roll-out plan for how to integrate the new solution into your workflow to achieve meaningful ROI. If you've decided it's not a good fit for your agency right now, share your reasoning with the vendor. Perhaps they can utilize your feedback to make improvements and you can try them again later. Using the scientific method to evaluate and implement InsurTech in your agency becomes an easy-to-use and repeatable format to evaluate any potential solutions in the future. And when you've gone through that process and landed on something for your agency, now you know exactly WHY it earned its place in your tech stack. And it wasn't just because someone else you know and respect also uses it. Will you be trying the scientific method next time you're demoing a tech tool?

Insurance agencies don’t have a people problem—they have an operations problem. In this episode of Insurance ShopTalk Podcast with Eric Stein, Eric Stein sits down with Travis MacMillian of Xceedance to break down how automation, AI, and strategic back‑office support are reshaping how P&C agencies scale. From policy checking and COIs to endorsements, remarketing, accounting reconciliation, and claims coordination, Travis explains how agencies can eliminate repetitive portal work and unlock 30%+ more operational capacity—without adding headcount. This isn’t about replacing people. It’s about removing friction so agencies can grow smarter, pay teams better, and build a modern digital foundation for the future. AI in insurance isn’t something we’re waiting on. It’s already reshaping how work gets done across the distribution channel, and agencies are paying close attention. For years, carriers have been adopting AI to improve workflows, streamline underwriting, and drive stronger operational outcomes. That momentum is now influencing how agencies think about their own technology strategies. In 2026, many agencies are preparing to bring AI into everyday work. Not because it’s trendy, but because reducing manual tasks and uncovering new growth opportunities has become essential to staying competitive. Our latest Agency Trends Outlook highlights four clear perspectives emerging across agencies of all sizes. ✨Confident: Nearly a quarter, 23%, feel confident that AI will transform everyday agency work this year. ✨Curious: Another 39% are curious and actively exploring use cases while building knowledge internally. ✨Cautious: At the same time, 29% are taking a cautious approach, waiting for proven results before committing further investment. ✨Skeptical: And 9% remain skeptical, still unsure whether AI will deliver meaningful value. What stands out most is not division. It’s intention. Agency professionals consistently tell us they want AI to enhance their expertise, not replace it. They see its potential to reduce time spent on repetitive administrative work like data management, reporting, rating, quoting, and underwriting support. The goal is this: spend more time strengthening client relationships. Spend less time navigating manual processes. Clients are watching this shift closely. In fact, 85% say they want to know when their agent is using AI, reinforcing that transparency and trust will remain central as adoption increases. Agencies are also clear about what kind of AI will actually deliver value. They want solutions built directly into the systems where they already work, designed specifically for insurance workflows, and supported by strong accuracy and security standards. Insurance has always been about people and relationships. When applied responsibly, AI should make our industry simpler, smarter, and more human. Learn more about how agencies are using AI here: https://ow.ly/iEKW50YhGo7

Underwriters Technologies

The average underwriter clicks 4,000+ times per day??? That’s not productivity — that’s friction. What if your underwriting platform actually helped you underwrite? 👉 Fewer clicks. 👉 Faster decisions. 👉 More time spent on risk, not systems. That’s exactly why we built Underwriters Technologies. We cut through the maze of traditional underwriting with built-in intelligence designed for real efficiency: • AI assistant, built in — no more jumping between policy docs. Ask questions, get answers instantly. • Cognitive advantage by design — a UI engineered to help you click less and do more. • Quote faster. Bind smarter. — move from submission to decision without unnecessary steps. Less clicking. More underwriting. That’s the difference when the platform works for you — not against you. #insurance #insurancenews #underwriting #riskmanagement

Insurance agency consolidation continues to reshape the industry, but consolidation doesn't have to mean giving up what makes an independent agency successful. Independent agencies have powerful advantages: agility, specialization, strong client relationships and deep community connections. The opportunity is to combine those strengths with the technology, resources and scale needed to compete in a changing marketplace. The most successful agencies are: > Competing on experience and expertise, not simply price > Using technology and automation to improve efficiency without losing the human touch > Investing in talent, culture and professional development > Deepening client relationships through proactive communication and education > Building strategic partnerships that expand capabilities while preserving independence > Maintaining a clear, authentic brand and connection to the communities they serve > Pursuing disciplined, profitable growth rather than growth for growth's sake At Vantage Insurance Partners, we believe the future of independent insurance is not about becoming a monolith. It is about becoming stronger together while preserving the unique identities, relationships and entrepreneurial spirit that make independent agencies successful. Our platform brings independent agencies together to share technology, talent, connections and resources—while allowing each partner to remain focused on its clients, community and long-term goals. Independence and collaboration don't have to be opposites. Together, they can be a competitive advantage. Strategic Planning for Insurance Agencies: Why Technology Can't Be an Afterthought We've noticed something among the agencies we work with: the ones hitting their annual targets consistently? They're bringing technology into strategic planning conversations from the start. Not buried in a budget spreadsheet. Not figured out later. Actually part of the planning process. Think about your growth plans for 2025. Every single initiative has a technology angle. Hiring new producers? They need systems set up, proper access, training that actually works, and security in place before day one. Opening a new location? You're dealing with connectivity, security protocols, and compliance requirements across multiple sites. Looking at an acquisition? Integration timelines, system compatibility, and data migration aren't small details—they can make or break the deal. Adding new service lines? New workflows mean different systems, and your team needs proper training to use them. What we see happen: When technology gets figured out after the strategy is locked in, plans get pushed back while everyone scrambles to get infrastructure ready. Budgets balloon because you're solving problems on the fly. Those timeline assumptions you made? They weren't realistic. And opportunities slip through the cracks. When technology is part of the conversation from the beginning, infrastructure actually supports what you're trying to do. Timelines make sense. Budgets hold. Execution is cleaner. The bottom line: This isn't about elevating IT over business strategy. It's recognizing that in 2025, your business strategy simply can't execute without technology working alongside it. A question as you wrap up 2025 planning: Does your IT partner actually know what you're trying to accomplish next year? Because if they don't—how will the technology piece support your goals? We're genuinely curious: How are other agency leaders handling this? Do you bring your technology partner into strategic planning sessions? What's that been like? If not, what's holding you back? We'd love to hear what's working (or not working) for other agencies. #InsuranceAgency #StrategicPlanning #InsuranceTechnology #AgencyGrowth #InsurTech
