Bob Pragada shared thisProud to share Jacobs’ strong fiscal third quarter 2026 results, reaffirming our central position in the biggest investment cycles shaping the global economy. The direct AI build-out represents 11% of our adjusted net revenue and continues to grow, driven by momentum across data centers, semiconductors, and power and water systems. Combined with strong continued investment in critical infrastructure, this has led to a record $28.9 billion backlog. These strong results point to why Jacobs has achieved 18 No. 1 rankings, more than any company listed, in Engineering News-Record’s full 2026 market review. I’m grateful for the confidence and trust clients place in us, and proud of the remarkable work led by our more than 47,000 talented people. Bob Pragada shared thisThis week, I joined Micron Technology for a first concrete pour celebration at their large-scale semiconductor manufacturing site in Clay, New York, a program that will strengthen domestic chip manufacturing and reinforce supply chain resilience. Long before this latest milestone, planning, engineering and collaboration laid the foundation for what will become one of the largest and most important manufacturing sites in the United States. I'm proud of the role Jacobs has played in that vision. We are honored to be the design and engineering partner to Micron and the wider team, delivering world-class fabs in Central New York. The planned fabs are incredibly complex facilities and will transform the region, country and world, delivering high bandwidth memory chips for the AI industry. Bob Pragada shared thisOver the weekend, my wife and I joined some Naval Academy classmates to celebrate Independence Day. This special anniversary marks 250 years of American leadership, dynamism, innovation, equal opportunity and freedom. As an American, the son of immigrants, a Navy veteran, and CEO of an American-based company, those qualities have played a central role in my life. Those qualities will also define America’s future. From modernizing critical infrastructure to advancing manufacturing and the technologies that will power the next century, this is a moment of extraordinary opportunity. I’m especially proud that Jacobs gets to play a critical role in that story. Every day, we partner with clients to build more resilient cities and communities, strengthen supply chains for our most advanced technologies and modernize the infrastructure that makes daily life possible. As we continue to recognize the 250th anniversary of American independence this year, I’m grateful for everything that’s come before us, and optimistic for the 250 years to come.

Bob Pragada shared thisDuring the past few weeks, I’ve had the privilege of visiting several project sites across the U.S. I love seeing the ingenuity, commitment and impact that define Jacobs. Each stop reinforced how we’re delivering extraordinary outcomes for our clients and communities. In Holly Springs, North Carolina we’re delivering EPCM services at FUJIFILM Biotechnologies' $3.2B biopharma campus. We hosted investors to showcase our advanced manufacturing expertise in the Life Sciences industry, where we’re deeply embedded. We also showed demos of our digital twin and program intelligence solution demonstrating how we're using AI and digital solutions to deliver projects faster, smarter and more efficiently. In Baltimore, I was grateful to join peers at the Airport Minority Advisory Council for a meaningful “Inside the CEO Room” discussion. It was great to meet with fellow leaders in the aviation industry! I also took advantage of my time in Maryland to visit the transformative Concourse A/B Connector at BWI Airport and the impressive Amtrak Frederick Douglass Tunnel program. In addition to providing design services on one of the nation’s largest transportation infrastructure investments, our contributions through PA Consulting are accelerating delivery and reducing costs. From Maryland I flew across country to Honolulu to spend time supporting critical federal projects. As a Navy veteran, visiting Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) sites and connecting with our team, both on site and during a pau hana (a “work finished”) gathering, was especially meaningful. Thank you all for the warm welcome and for the impact you deliver every day. Together we continue to expand what’s possible. Let’s keep challenging today and reinventing tomorrow.

Bob Pragada shared thisI joined Liz Claman on The Claman Countdown with the Fox Business Network to talk about AI, data centers and our pivotal role supporting critical infrastructure across the entire ecosystem. As a clearly focused company, Jacobs is aligned around the essential infrastructure that underpins economic growth and community resilience. From critical transportation, energy and water infrastructure to advanced manufacturing and life sciences facilities, our innovative solutions and cross-cutting capabilities are leading the way to impactful results. We’re seeing this most clearly at the intersection of AI, semiconductors, digital infrastructure and critical systems, where solving the full system - from power and water to delivery certainty really matters. Thank you, Liz, for a thoughtful conversation. Bob Pragada shared thisEarlier this week, we shared Jacobs’ strong quarterly results, reflecting our continued focus on clarity, purpose, and creating new opportunities for our clients and our people. Our results highlight a clear inflection point in our trajectory with 9% organic growth, the highest since we rolled out our strategy at last year’s investor day. Jacobs' central position in the build-out of AI infrastructure – from data centers and semiconductor facilities to the water and power required to operate and cool them – is accelerating our path forward and demonstrating that investments in capability, talent, and innovation are paying off. With the acquisition of the remaining stake of PA Consulting, we are even better positioned to support clients through complex digital and organizational change, helping them tackle the world’s toughest challenges. I’m incredibly proud of our people for delivering another successful quarter as we continue to shape meaningful solutions for our clients and the communities they serve. Bob Pragada shared thisI enjoyed discussing the economics of infrastructure with Baker Hughes Chairman & CEO Lorenzo Simonelli and SEMAFOR Climate and energy editor Tim McDonnell at Semafor World Economy Summit in Washington, DC this week. Today, infrastructure worldwide faces unprecedented challenges, from geopolitical uncertainty and supply chain disruption to climate risk, cyber threats and accelerating demand from advancements in AI and related technologies. Whether we’re modernizing and securing societies’ water and energy infrastructure or advancing the data center and semiconductor ecosystem, we’re helping clients navigate those challenges and deliver lasting value to the communities they serve. Thanks to Tim for leading a wide-ranging and engaging conversation and to SEMAFOR for convening a fantastic set of global leaders for this important forum. Bob Pragada liked thisBob Pragada liked thisDelivering welcoming remarks at the OBAP - Organization of Black Aerospace Professionals conference earlier this month, right here in Chicago where it all began half a century ago, has been one of the highlights of my year so far. Around the time the organization was founded, there were only about 80 Black pilots nationwide. Today, by various estimates, there are over 5,000, but that represents only 4% of all pilots. As I shared that morning while we gathered to celebrate 50 years of OBAP and 50 years of this important meeting for the Black aerospace community, for all that we’ve achieved and the significant strides made with great support from partners, there’s clearly still so much to be done. It has been encouraging to see more young people choosing this career path, helping to fill the void left by workers retiring throughout aviation. Carrying on what Ben Thomas and his colleagues started in 1976 remains just as necessary today as we continue to work toward a more diverse, inclusive, and equitable industry — and the future we all want to see.

Bob Pragada liked thisBob Pragada liked thisSEVEN YEARS IN! On August 28, 2019, I joined Jacobs as a Wastewater Engineer with my ABD status (All But Dissertation). The first six months meant combining consulting work with writing my PhD dissertation. I was fighting two battles at once: finishing a PhD and convincing myself I belonged. My bachelor's was in Science, and an international degree on top of that; I knew getting my PE license was going to be a major hurdle. I told myself: if only I could do 3 years with Jacobs and move on before I'm required to have a PE, that would be great. Well, it's been 7 solid years, and I've been exposed to a vibrant water industry I didn't know much about before. I've worked on several challenging projects, recently renewed my PE license, had the opportunity to meet our current CEO Bob Pragada, and overall — what a trip it's been. This experience and exposure have also equipped me to advocate for better water systems and sustainable environmental solutions back home in Ghana. I never thought I could thrive at a global engineering firm until I embraced the challenge. So do things while afraid. Do the hard stuff. Don't settle in your comfort zone, or you'll never meet the best version of yourself.

Bob Pragada liked thisBob Pragada liked thisAfter a very busy summer at my internship with Jacobs, today officially marks my last day! This summer, I had the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in geotechnical and foundation engineering. I worked on designs for MSE retaining walls, soldier pile walls, drilled shaft foundations, and bridge abutments. During my time at Jacobs, I also had the opportunity to participate in several field visits, which gave me a better understanding of how the designs I worked on in the office come together in the field. I was able to observe borings get drilled in the parking lot of the Brewer's stadium, take a tour of the 27th street site, and observe plate piles get installed. I’m incredibly grateful to everyone at Jacobs who took the time to teach me, answer my questions, and make this such a valuable experience. Thank you to my boss C.J. Winter and Scott Weikert for the opportunity! While I haven't decided what I will do upon my graduation in spring yet, but I am excited to see where the next chapter takes me.
