Craig Nelson reposted thisCraig Nelson reposted thisWorkforce complexity isn’t coming, it’s already here. And most companies are still trying to manage it with fragmented vendors. · Global hiring · Contractor management · Compliance across jurisdictions It’s slow. It’s risky. And it doesn’t scale. The shift we’re seeing is clear: fewer vendors, more integrated solutions. That’s exactly why Nelson Connects expanded into EOR, IC compliance, and AOR, delivered as one unified model. No entities. No compliance guesswork. No operational sprawl. Just a simpler way to hire, manage, and scale talent globally. Protecting candidates and maintaining the integrity of our hiring process is a top priority. Below is how to recognize legitimate communication from our team and how to stay vigilant. How to Identify Official FIFA World Cup 26™ Recruitment Communication Official Outreach: ▪️ All communication from our Recruitment Team will only occur through: ▪️ A Pinpoint ATS system email: fifa-careers@pinpoint.email ▪️ An official @fwc2026.org email address with a full signature block ▪️ If you receive a phone call from our team, it will always be followed by an official email through one of the channels above. We do not conduct verbal outreach without written confirmation. Additional verification: ▪️ Our recruiters are verified on LinkedIn ▪️ We do not use personal emails, personal phone numbers, or unverified profiles Application Process: ▪️ All applications are submitted through official FIFA World Cup 26™ job links: https://jobs.fifa.com/ ▪️ Every role is managed through our Pinpoint ATS via our careers site ▪️ Interview scheduling takes place only within our ATS or our company outlook calendars and not through external tools or personal links Where We Post Jobs: ▪️ Official opportunities can be found on: ▪️ FIFA World Cup 26™ Careers Site LinkedIn ▪️ TeamWork Online All postings link directly back to our official application system. Third-Party Recruiters In limited cases (such as Security, Logistics or Transport), approved partners may support hiring. What We Will Never Do: ▪️ Request payment, fees, or financial information ▪️ Conduct interviews via WhatsApp, Telegram, or similar platforms ▪️ Send unsolicited scheduling links outside our ATS ▪️ Contact candidates from personal or unverified accounts ▪️ Any message that does not align with the above should be treated with caution. 👁️🗨️ Stay Vigilant Fraudulent outreach often includes small inconsistencies, misspelled domains, unfamiliar sender names, unofficial links, or requests outside standard processes. Taking a moment to verify can make all the difference. Cyber Safety Matters We are committed to ensuring every candidate feels safe, informed, and protected throughout the recruitment process. Maintaining a transparent and trusted experience is central to how we operate. As part of staying safe online, we also encourage candidates to review and follow LinkedIn’s Community Guidelines, which outline best practices for interacting safely and responsibly on the platform. If You’re Unsure You can always: ▪️ Check our official careers site ▪️ Verify the recruiter on LinkedIn ▪️ Report suspicious activity directly through LinkedIn Thank you for helping us maintain a secure and trustworthy recruitment experience. It’s always such a great experience being in rooms full of people building, scaling, and figuring it out in real time. There’s just something about this energy where product, operations, and growth are all colliding in the best way, that leaves me inspired (and with a few “okayyyy, let’s go” moments 😂). If you’ll be there, I’d truly love to connect! Especially if hiring, team growth, or just the real-life challenges of scaling are on your mind (those are my favorite conversations). And if nothing else, I’m always down for a quick hello, a good conversation, and a little “what are you seeing out there?” moment. See you in the mix! #StripeSessions #NelsonConnects #Startups #ScalingTeams #WorkforceStrategy #ClientPartnerships #FutureReadyTeamsStripe Sessions 2026 | The global internet economy conferenceStripe Sessions 2026 | The global internet economy conference

Craig Nelson reacted on thisCraig Nelson reacted on thisWeek one of me actually slowing down and highlighting what we’ve been building. Today is Employer of Record. Quick version, because this gets misunderstood all the time. EOR means you can hire someone in another country without setting up a legal entity there. The EOR becomes the official employer on paper. They handle payroll, taxes, benefits, compliance, all the local requirements. Your team member still works for you day to day, fully embedded, just without the red tape slowing everything down. Why this matters right now… speed wins. Startups especially don’t have time to spin up entities in three different countries just to land one great hire. And even larger teams are realizing they don’t need to limit themselves geographically anymore. What I’m seeing is simple. The teams that understand this are hiring better people, faster, in places they wouldn’t have touched a year ago. The teams that don’t are still stuck waiting on approvals and paperwork while their candidates disappear. It’s not flashy, but it quietly changes how fast you can build. Let my team help you hit the next gear.

Few symbols in sport carry the weight of this trophy. Crafted in 18-karat gold, it represents the pinnacle of global achievement and notably, it can only be touched by FIFA World Cup champions, heads of state, and FIFA officials. Moments like this remind us how sport unites the world and inspires what’s possible. Dallas is ready. 🌎🏆 #FIFAWorldCup #Dallas #FIFA2026

The Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) now offers California employers a critical opportunity to avoid risk — but only if you act proactively. Payroll, policy and safety audits can help reduce liability, cap penalties and keep your business out of court. With the right compliance strategy, you can turn the threat of PAGA litigation into a manageable risk. https://lnkd.in/gVjmd2Vy #PAGA #CaliforniaEmploymentLaw #HRCompliance #LaborLaw #WorkplaceAudits #DMW

Since 2013, PAGA lawsuits have cost California businesses nearly $10 BILLION, often triggered by individual employee complaints alleging labor code violations. What is PAGA? It allows employees to act as private attorneys general, pursuing penalties on behalf of themselves and others. This creates significant legal exposure and risk for employers. Proactive compliance isn’t just smart, it’s essential to reduce risk and costly lawsuits. 🔗 Learn more about protecting your business from PAGA risks: https://lnkd.in/dKnCbxWQ #CaliforniaBusiness #PAGA #HRCompliance #VensureHR
