The Office of Governor Josh Shapiro puts inclusion at the top of their list and showed up for their people today. And what better way to start the week. 😊 Earlier this year, Care Options for Kids (COFK) was named to Newsweek's America's Greatest Workplaces for Culture, Belonging & Community list for 2026 and I think it deserves more airtime than it got. Here's why it caught my attention. As a recruiter specialising in Speech-Language Pathology across the US, I speak with pediatric clinicians every single day about what matters to them at work. Culture isn't a buzzword to these people, it's the difference between burning out and building a career they love. COFK now supports over 28,000 children and works with more than 3,000 clinicians nationwide, across home health, school-based services, and ABA therapy. That kind of scale is impressive. But scale without culture? That's just noise. What stands out about this recognition is that it was driven by employee feedback and independent research - not a marketing campaign. That matters. So a genuine well done to Mark Bush, Diane McCullom, Eric Welsh and Kristian Daniels, SPHR - this kind of culture doesn't build itself.
