This is Teva's first acquisition in roughly a decade and a clear signal of our Pivot to Growth — a deliberate move toward innovative medicines. Advancing our #PivotToGrowth strategy, upon closing, this acquisition is expected to strengthen our portfolio and reflects our commitment to advancing treatments in areas of high unmet need in neuroscience. Emalex’s Phase 3 investigational compound has received Orphan Drug and Fast Track designations from the FDA for pediatric patients with Tourette’s syndrome. It's the manager standing in front of a team that wants to know what this change means for them. Prosci puts a number on it: 58% of employees want to hear about the personal impact of change directly from their manager. In deskless environments, the manager is often the only voice that reaches them at all. And yet most organizations brief managers last. Late, handed content without context, expected to figure out the rest. You can't lead a conversation you just found out about. The fix isn't complicated. Brief managers early. Give them context, not just talking points. Think about where the message actually lands: a shift huddle, the start of a round, a plant floor. When managers understand the change themselves, they're far better equipped to help their teams understand it too.

My bet: closer to the product than ever, and where technology is changing how medicines are made. Across our Teva Global Operations, our sites welcome interns and apprentices throughout the year. This summer, some of them spent time in sterile manufacturing, engineering, quality and supply chain, disciplines that get high-quality medicines to patients. And they came at exactly the right moment. Teva is pivoting to growth, and TGO is where that pivot becomes real: we're transforming our network, bringing automation, digital and data into how we make medicines, and building the operations organization of the future. Some of the people who spent this summer with us will be the ones leading it. To everyone heading back to school: thank you for choosing to spend your summer with us. The future of our industry will be built by people who understand how medicines get made — and this summer, you got a head start. I learned a great deal and am proud of what we accomplished together to advance the company’s Healthy Lives Mission. I’m excited to share that I’ve joined Telix Pharmaceuticals Limited as Vice President, Risk, Sustainability & Environmental Affairs, an opportunity to take on a broader leadership role in a growing global company. Telix’s focus on patients and its purpose to help people with cancer and rare diseases live longer, better quality lives really resonated with me. It’s incredibly meaningful to join a company whose work can have such a direct impact on patients and their families. I’m looking forward to contributing to Telix’s continued growth and to this next chapter, while staying connected with the many colleagues and friends I’ve been fortunate enough to work with along the way.

Eric Rubin liked thisEric Rubin liked thisAs I wrap up my summer as a Strategy & Transformation and Corporate Affairs Intern at Teva Pharmaceuticals, I'm filled with a tremendous amount of gratitude and excitement for what's ahead. Over the past few months, I had the opportunity to work alongside leaders across Strategy & Transformation and Corporate Affairs on projects ranging from launch readiness planning and executive communications to media analysis and strategic recommendations. I helped transform large amounts of information into concise insights and presentations for leadership, contributed to discussions informed by external trends and stakeholder perspectives, and gained firsthand exposure to how major business decisions are shaped, communicated, and executed across an organization. One of the most valuable lessons from this experience was learning the importance of evidence-based decision making. Whether conducting research, analyzing media coverage and external trends, or helping synthesize complex information for leadership audiences, I saw how strong decisions are built through curiosity, critical thinking, and a willingness to look beyond what's directly in front of you. Developing an outside-in perspective and understanding how external factors shape strategy was an especially rewarding part of the experience. I also had the chance to contribute to both internal and external communications efforts, helping translate complex topics into clear, meaningful narratives for different audiences. Along the way, I learned how important communication is in driving alignment, navigating change, and bringing strategy to life. Another highlight was learning how to effectively leverage AI as a tool. Beyond increasing efficiency, it challenged me to think critically about the quality of information, ask better questions, and combine technology with human judgment to arrive at stronger insights and outcomes. Most importantly, I was fortunate to work alongside incredible people. Having the opportunity to support senior leaders, learn directly from executives, and collaborate with talented colleagues across the organization accelerated my growth in ways I couldn't have anticipated. Their mentorship, feedback, and willingness to invest in me made this experience truly meaningful. A special thank you to Linda VerPlanck, Manny Montalvo, Kelley Dougherty, Sheryl Kornfeld, and everyone across the Strategy & Transformation and Corporate Affairs teams for your support, guidance, and belief in me throughout the summer. This experience strengthened my passion for strategy, communications, and helping organizations navigate change. More than anything, it reinforced the value of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
