We pumped out a solid sales proposal, and now off to the next... This time, it’s a high-accuracy accounting use case: ingesting transactions, validating them across 15+ sources, balancing and reconciling banking ledgers, creating service requests for exceptions, and auditing everything for compliance. Definitely not a place where “close enough” is good enough. 😅 We love this contrast in building AI systems. Sometimes we steer AI to explore, reason, and be creative. Other times, the workflow needs deterministic tools, strict controls, and a complete audit trail. The real magic is knowing where each belongs. Jamie Lerner shared thisThe Enterprise AI ROI Journey - Enterprises begin AI deployments by giving all employees an AI tool at their desktop. This typically has no clear ROI, lacks any form of control or governance, and often appears like an employee benefit. - Then AI Agents from large ERP, CRM, and Support Platforms are deployed which make these large, slow, and expensive platforms somewhat more productive, but leaving enterprises underwhelmed. - It is not until secure, private, and token-less AI is deployed to automate complex multi-platform workflows that ROI is finally achieved. This level of automation does not require big spending on data centers or GPUs, it requires being able to deploy highly consistent and accurate AI Agents.

Jamie Lerner shared thisMost companies get excited when they receive a purchase order, it means someone is buying your product…well, not so fast. Even with advanced ERP and OCR software, most purchase orders are processed by hand. Each line item must be reviewed, is the customer in good standing, have prices been checked, addresses checked, inventory levels, etc..., it is a complex multi-step workflow process, which often results in long delays in recognizing revenue. This seems like a good use case for AI, but you need solve some things first: · The data being processed is confidential and must be 100% private (not how most AI works) · The calculations and decisions being made are directly on the quote to cash pipeline and must be 100% consistent and accurate (not how most AI works) · There are many POs with many process steps, paying tokens for each step is cost prohibitive, we need a fixed cost to operate the automation. (not how most AI works) Congrats to Ross Fujii, Daniel Jablonski, Karl Ko, and our Helibots on another successful AI automation of Purchase Orders at a Fortune 500 company this week. Jamie Lerner shared thisWhen deploying Enterprise AI Agents needing access to corporate data sources, you can end up with a very complex architecture if each agent is opening direct connections to one or more databases/data sources (and a security nightmare). Rather, if all data needed by an AI Agent is presented in a Cloud Data Platform, the AI Agents can be run on the Cloud and never cross into a corporation's network or firewall boundary. The Agent just needs a login to the Cloud Data Platform. When AI Agents need to write to a data source, they can offer a JSON payload to be ingested with or without Human-in-the-loop review. Keeps things tidy when deploying large numbers of agents in the Enterprise.

Jamie Lerner shared thisLarge amounts of critical enterprise data resides in contracts. Contracts contain pricing, discounting, renewal terms, returns conditions, commissions, and more. These contracts are typically PDF files and many organizations have directories with thousands of contracts. At this scale, the contracts are perpetually out of sync with data in ERP and CRM systems, or the contract terms are not reflected in these systems at all. State of the art for many organizations is to review each contract manually. Jamie Lerner shared thisOne of the main challenges with AI is that it is not consistently accurate, creating a huge barrier to adoption in large enterprise. Helikai Inc. set out to address this challenge with our micro agent architecture and there was no better place to prove it than sitting directly on the quote to cash pipeline of public companies. Our invoice and purchase order processing AI agents manage every dollar coming in or going out of some of the World's largest organizations...and they are consistent and accurate to a fraction of a penny. (We use plenty of "old fashioned" deterministic code alongside the non-deterministic to make it all happen)

We've been heads-down building a new family of Legal Agents with deep integrations into CourtListener APIs and endpoints. Timing was perfect today since we delivered a 2-hour finalist presentation as part of a formal RFP process, and the platform was absolutely bussin'. 🔥🔥 Our agents demonstrated: - Accurate search across federal court dockets, opinions, judgments, and oral arguments - Deep, context-aware document analysis - Citation verification and citation reference network building - Automated search and docket monitoring alerts - Faster legal research across massive volumes of public records But the real value isn't just finding information. It's helping legal teams, compliance groups, and business stakeholders find the right information faster, avoid missing critical developments, reduce research time, and stay ahead of important case activity.
