Karen Clem reacted on thisKaren Clem reacted on thisToday marks one month in my new role finding learning solutions for emerging technologies at my firm. This month has been exciting, challenging, and a reminder that I’m still developing one skill in particular: perseverance. In just one month, I’ve: • Created 3 new learning experiences • Executed 7 workshops and 2 learning sessions • Created 4 one-pagers/assets • Helped refine our process for AI requests • Taught myself Power Automate and Copilot Studio • Created 4 Power Automate flows that are now in use And honestly, this month has been exactly what I needed. It has pushed me to learn faster, solve differently, build things I hadn’t built before, and keep going when the answer wasn’t obvious. I’m even more excited about what’s ahead. Because AI isn’t just a technology skill. AI is a people skill. Real adoption happens when people understand it, experience it, practice it, and see how it can make their work better. That’s where learning and development has a critical role to play. And I’m just getting started. #SavilleCPA
