Chris Luttjohann liked thisChris Luttjohann liked thisToday marks two years since I lost Dannii. I’m incredibly grateful for the example she gave me of what an amazing parent looks like. She taught me, through the way she lived, how to love deeply, serve others, and always put your family first. I carry those lessons with me every day as I try to be the best dad I can be. I’m especially grateful that I get to honor her through Project 155 — inspired by the 155 babies she helped bring into this world. I want to carry that same passion and commitment into my own career and make a meaningful difference in the lives of 155 families. I know my passion. I know my commitment. And I know my why. I thank God for putting me in the right places, surrounding me with the right people, and continuing to guide me toward becoming the best version of myself. “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.” — Proverbs 3:5 Dannii, thank you for showing me what love, service, and purpose look like. I’ll keep carrying it forward. ❤️

Chris Luttjohann liked thisChris Luttjohann liked thisUPDATE: DUE TO THE OVERWHELMING INTEREST here is the link: https://lnkd.in/dkuf4xnt Claude's most powerful model is now free on Max plans. Most people will waste 50% of their credits by Wednesday. I want to show you how to avoid that. As of yesterday Claude Fable 5 is included in all Max plans. No extra cost. 50% of your weekly limits. Just… there. Here's what nobody is telling you: This model was so powerful the US government pulled it 3 days after launch. It was banned for 18 days. Extended twice. And now it's yours. But Fable 5 is NOT a chatbot upgrade. It's a completely different category of AI. Most people will open it. Ask it to rewrite a paragraph. Hit their limit by Wednesday. And wonder what happened. Here's the difference: Every other model answers your question. Fable 5 runs your workflow. It plans before it executes. It checks its own work. It spawns sub-agents. It keeps going for HOURS without hand-holding. The breakthrough: It's not about having access to the most powerful model. It's about knowing WHERE to slot it into your workflow. And when to leave it alone. That's why I put together a complete guide: 🔹 A full prompt pack you can copy-paste today 🔹 The exact workflows where Fable 5 delivers 10x the output 🔹 When to use it and when NOT to (this alone will save your credits) 🔹 The best techniques to maximise usage without burning your weekly limits 🔹 How to include Fable 5 in the right places in the right workflows This is a cheat sheet. It's also the complete system for the most powerful AI model most people will never use correctly. 👉 If you want the Complete Claude Fable 5 Guide + Prompt Pack 👉 1. Like this post 👉 2. Comment "FABLE" and I'll send it to you 💡 PRO TIP: Save this post as I'll drop the link in your comment thread so you don't lose it.

Chris Luttjohann liked thisChris Luttjohann liked thisAnthropic just dropped Claude Fable 5 Skills. I turned them into 40 commands that replace a marketing team. One command each. Type it. Claude runs the job. This is the sheet i wish someone handed me 100 days ago. A taste of what's inside: → /AD-AUDIT — finds wasted spend in 4 minutes → /PROFIT-LENS — real contribution margin, not roas → /SPY — tears down any competitor's funnel → /HOOK-LAB — writes the scroll stoppers → /OFFER-BUILDER — builds the offer people can't ignore → /GA4-TRANSLATOR — turns GA4 into plain english → /CRO-FIX — finds why your page isn't converting → /CEO-REPORT — the report you send upstairs, written → /AGENT-BUILDER — builds your own AI agents That's 9 of 40. Then the 5 MODES that change how you operate: → FOUNDER MODE — validate ideas, decide faster → CMO MODE — plan campaigns, drive demand → GROWTH MODE — outpace rivals → SALES MODE — close more, convert better → OPS MODE — kill the busywork Every command is battle tested. $107M+ in managed ad spend. 100+ ecom brands. Not theory. Deployed systems. Built for: → agencies drowning in client reporting → ecom founders scaling ads blind → media buyers auditing accounts by hand The top 1% aren't writing better prompts. They turned the ENTIRE marketing function into commands they run on demand. That's not a chatbot. That's a TEAM in a command line. Want the full 40-skill sheet? 1️⃣ Follow + connect 2️⃣ Drop "SKOOL" below Connect first or the DM never lands.

Chris Luttjohann liked thisChris Luttjohann liked thisIs your Google ads CPA too high? Here's how to fix it: 1. Impression Share → If it's under 80%, you have a visibility problem. You aren't showing on enough of the searches you bid on. Go to 2. → If it's 80% or higher, go to 4. 2. IS Lost (Budget) vs IS Lost (Rank) → If budget is bigger, your budget runs out before the day ends. Raise the daily budget by the percentage you're losing, or cut target CPA so the same money buys more clicks. At 30% lost, cut tCPA 20-30%. At 50%, cut it 40-50%. → If rank is bigger, go to 3. 3. Quality Score components → If expected CTR, ad relevance and landing page experience all say Below Average, your Ad Rank is too low to enter the auction. Rewrite 2-3 RSAs per ad group and fix landing page relevance. → If they're average or better, nothing is broken. You're bidding into keywords further from your core intent, which is what rank loss looks like when you scale. Tighten match types and negatives for efficiency, leave it for volume. 4. CTR → If it's below what that campaign normally runs, you have an engagement problem. People see the ad and don't click. Go to 5. → If it's at or above, go to 7. 5. Absolute Top Impression Share → If it's low, you're sitting at the bottom of the page. Raise bids on the terms that convert. → If it's healthy, go to 6. 6. Search term report → If they aren't the queries you want, build negatives in three tiers: universal blockers, campaign filters, ad group sculpting. On a takeover that cut CPA 40% in 15 days, negatives were the fastest win. → If they're the right queries and nobody clicks, your ad is the problem. Rewrite the RSAs, stop pinning headlines, build out your ad assets. There are 11 and most accounts run 4. 7. Conversion Rate → If it's holding steady and CPA is high anyway, go to 8. → If it dropped, go to 9. 8. IS Lost (Budget), again In audits, this is where a conversion problem turns out to be a budget problem. → If it's above 0% on tCPA or tROAS, budget loss is inflating your CPCs. $5,000 at a $5 CPC buys 1,000 clicks. At 10% conversion, 100 conversions at a $50 CPA. Halve the target CPA and the same $5,000 buys 2,000 clicks at $2.50. Same conversion rate, 200 conversions, $25 CPA. → If it's at 0%, go to 9. 9. Landing page rate, then lead quality → If the landing page rate fell, get a page test running and keep one running. → If it held and the leads are junk, you're feeding Google the wrong signal. Move your primary conversion down the funnel (qualified lead or booked call), pass it back with the GCLID, and retract spam within 24 hours. Hope this helps.

The High Price of Marketing Hesitation. #FrizeMedia https://buff.ly/JFSsfUb In today's fiercely competitive markets, timing operates as a critical strategic lever, where delays are not merely setbacks but direct concessions to the competition. Hesitation creates a vacuum that rivals are all too eager to fill, allowing them to capture audience attention, secure key partnerships, and define the market narrative. Success increasingly belongs to those who act with decisive, informed speed; the early mover seizes the competitive advantage, captures the crucial market share, and closes the sale. This lost momentum is often irreversible, as consumers form loyalties and perceptions around the brands that reach them first and most convincingly. The cost of this hesitation, however, extends far beyond a single lost sale or a competitor's headline. It accrues as a substantial and ongoing drain on resources and potential. A delayed or timid marketing launch forces a brand to spend exponentially more later to claw back market position, often resulting in discounted pricing and slimmer margins in a desperate attempt to compete. Meanwhile, the organization suffers internally from stagnating growth, missed opportunities for innovation, and a brand image that slowly erodes into irrelevance. Ultimately, in the calculus of business, the risk of action is almost always lower than the certain, mounting cost of standing still. Most campaigns leak money where you least expect it—unless you audit and diagnose, you're leaving ROI on the table. Here's why we say this: After years auditing industrial and B2B campaigns, we've seen the same issues drain budgets and kill performance: poor targeting, wasted spend, and no real sales insight. But targeted, ongoing diagnostics turn that around fast. https://lnkd.in/e5PckzJ5 #PPC #B2Bmarketing #DigitalMarketing #MarketingStrategy #GoogleAds #LinkedInAds #CampaignOptimization #MarketingROI

Manufacturers are practical people. You don’t care about “likes” or vanity metrics… you care about what moves the needle. That’s why the real measure of digital isn’t how flashy your website looks; it’s the pipeline of: 📈 More qualified leads. 📞 More conversations that actually turn into sales. ⚡ More activity connecting buyers to your team faster. If you’ve been on the fence about digital, ask yourself this: what’s the cost of waiting while your competitors build the pipeline you’re still hesitating on? #B2BMarketing #DigitalTransformation #LeadGeneration #ManufacturingGrowth #MarketingROI

Quick marketing tip: instead of asking ‘how do we get more customers’, pls pause and answer the question, ‘are there more customers out there?’. The assumption that you need more customers to succeed is a dangerous one. Sometimes struggling businesses can’t get more customers and should not be marketing more. We lean on Placer.ai to help our clients better understand market share, but there are other tools out there that can also fill in the blanks. Business plan, business plan, business plan! PS- We are not paid by placer for this endorsement, they are an innovator and that’s why we recommend them.

📊 The market looks calm - but we’re already seeing the December signal shift. In the Seller Intent Network of 👉 FOX AD MEDIA LLC × Prudent Home Buyers data shows: → Verified Seller Intent ↑ 4.8% (2-week gain) → New Listings ↓ 3.1% → Inquiry-to-Conversion Ratio ↑ 2.4% That means seller motivation is rising faster than inventory. A classic “holiday quiet” setup - where the loudest markets look still, but the serious sellers are quietly preparing for January. We call it “The Calm Before the Surge.” And if you’re planning Q1 campaigns, this is when intent targeting wins. #FoxAdMedia #PrudentHomeBuyers #SellerIntent #RealEstateLeads #MarketSignals #PredictiveData

Here's the reality: 87% of B2B buyers start their purchasing journey with generic, informational searches: yet most businesses are competing for the same bottom-funnel keywords while completely ignoring this massive opportunity at the top of the sales funnel. The traditional approach to SEO targeting is fundamentally broken.

AI engines reward clear authority—not fluffy copy. 📌 If your pages still read like “we offer many great solutions,” you’re invisible to generative search. Upgrade to GEO (Generative Engine Optimization): • Answer real questions directly • Use strong headings + scannable lists • Add structured data (schema) so machines understand context Result: more citations, more trust, better visibility in AI-driven answers. ✅
