At the time, I had started my career in event planning and was connected to Beacon Hill by my best friend to help with my job search. After meeting the team, I quickly realized this was where I wanted to grow my career and the rest is history. What started as a career pivot turned into an incredibly rewarding journey. I’m so grateful to partner with fantastic administrative professionals and clients who have made these years truly rewarding. I feel lucky to have learned from some of the best in the industry and to work alongside amazing colleagues I genuinely enjoy working with every single day 😊 Eight years later, I still feel lucky to do what I do! The past year and a half here have been wild personally and professionally - I still can't get over how incredible this space is and the people are. I am so grateful to have made such incredible connections with so many people here and for their support, friendship, and participation in all the events and whatnots around the space. It’s about having a structure that actually holds up in your real life. This is the system I use with clients: Foundations - the non-negotiables that anchor your day. Laws - clear guidelines that make decisions easier throughout your day. Options - flexibility in when and how things happen. Wildcards - a Plan B for when your schedule inevitably shifts. F L O W. Nothing extreme or rigid. Just a way of structuring your day so things don’t fall apart the moment your schedule changes.
