Mark Becker shared thisI wanted to express my sincerest and heartfelt thanks to the awesome people that make up the natural products industry. For more than 45 years, I have participated in numerous endurance events, including more than 150 triathlons of Olympic distance or longer, 103 marathons and numerous other events including ultramarathons and rough water swims from Alcatraz to the mainland. My latest race was this past Saturday in beautiful Santa Barbara, CA (1 mile swim; 34-mile bike; run to the finish). I have relied on a comprehensive dietary supplement regimen to support my athletic and professional endeavors. I am grateful that I have access to these unbelievable products and thank the brilliant people who continue to innovate and work tirelessly for people like me. A 16-year-old lifeguard didn’t think twice when a 10-year-old boy was swept into dangerous surf. He risked his own life, refused to let go, and saved that young boy. He’s now being honored at the White House. No matter your politics, courage, character, and selflessness deserve to be celebrated. Let’s spend a little more time recognizing people like this. Heroes still exist. 🇺🇸

I started handing out notes to friends that I have yet to meet years ago. I've done it a lot more recently, because I feel that the climate of the world today makes it even more important. If you're not the kind of person that wants to hand out notes to strangers, then maybe you could take a minute once in a while to give someone a compliment for absolutely no reason, other than to help them be appreciated for something they have done. It's very easy, only takes a moment and it's. incredibly powerful, and rewarding. Sometimes I stand back and watch people as they open up their note, as I always fold them, just to see their reaction. The reactions are numerous, everything from a smile, a look of surprise, to visible tears being shed. I know at that moment that I was able to change the course of someone's day, and it's a priceless feeling. Mark Becker shared thisCompelling new study on caffeine intake...Mark Becker shared this☕ Your morning coffee may be doing more than helping you wake up. A new study published in JAMA followed more than 131,000 people for up to 43 years and found that drinking 2–3 cups of caffeinated coffee per day was associated with an 18% lower risk of dementia compared with drinking little or none. People with higher caffeinated coffee intake were also less likely to report subjective cognitive decline and performed modestly better on certain measures of cognitive function. The strongest associations were seen with moderate coffee intake—about 2–3 cups per day. Researchers believe coffee's benefits may come from more than just caffeine. Coffee is rich in bioactive compounds, including polyphenols, that may help reduce inflammation and oxidative stress—two processes that are closely linked to brain aging. This doesn't mean coffee prevents dementia or guarantees protection. This was an observational study, so it can't prove cause and effect. But it adds to growing evidence that the habits we practice consistently over decades can influence brain health as we age. Your daily habits matter. Sleep. Exercise. Blood sugar control. A nutrient-dense diet. Strong social connections. And yes... your morning cup of coffee may be one small piece of the puzzle. ☕🧠

That if you're empathetic, patient or genuinely care about people, you'll somehow lose your edge. We couldn't disagree more. After more than 20 years in sales, we've found the opposite to be true. The salespeople who build the biggest pipelines, win the most referrals and create the strongest long-term relationships are rarely the loudest in the room. They're the ones who make people feel valued. They listen instead of waiting to speak. They help even when there's nothing to gain. They treat the receptionist with the same respect as the CEO. They congratulate competitors when they deserve it. They remember names, follow up because they care, and leave every conversation better than they found it. In a world where buyers are bombarded with automated emails, AI-generated messages and relentless sales pitches, genuine kindness stands out more than ever. People might forget your pitch. They might forget your pricing. But they'll rarely forget how you made them feel. Kindness isn't a closing technique. It's not a negotiation tactic. It's not something you switch on when you want a deal. It's simply who you are. And when kindness becomes your way of life rather than your sales strategy, trust follows naturally. Trust creates relationships. Relationships create opportunities. And opportunities create sales. So today, be the salesperson who leaves people smiling. Not because they bought from you... But because they met you. Those are the salespeople the world needs more of.
