Enabled SQL Server Agent Alerts for job failures. 2. Configured Database Mail with a dedicated profile to send notifications. 3. Subscribed to failure notifications for all critical jobs. 4. Ensured alerts include job name, error details, and timestamp for quick troubleshooting. 5. Tested the alert system regularly to confirm it works as expected. This setup helps me respond quickly to issues and reduce downtime. A few minutes of configuration can save hours of investigation later.
