Patrick Kemble reposted thisPatrick Kemble reposted thisWe're hiring a Senior PM for Telematics at SambaSafety. You'll own the roadmap for how we ingest, score, and surface connected vehicle data for fleet operators and insurance carriers. The kind of work where what you ship actually changes how risk gets measured and how drivers stay safe. What I'm looking for: ✅ 5+ years in product, with real roadmap ownership in small, empowered teams ✅ Technical enough to go deep with engineering on APIs, data pipelines, and scoring logic ✅ Fluency in telematics, fleet risk, or usage-based insurance — or a genuine hunger to get there Here's the honest ask: I want someone who can draw on everything they've learned building great software in lean teams yet be willing to throw all of it out to embrace AI-enabled ways of working. The product development playbook is being rewritten on a weekly basis at SambaSafety. I want someone who's excited to help write it with us. Bonus points for InsurTech, AI/ML product, or OEM-connected data experience. Remote-friendly. Great team. Meaningful mission. If that's you — or someone you know — DM me or apply here 👇 https://lnkd.in/gvWtYZMY #ProductManagement #Telematics #InsurTech #SambaSafety

Patrick Kemble reacted on thisPatrick Kemble reacted on thisThis past May, I graduated from the University of Hawaii at Manoa with a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology! After reflecting on my journey at UH, I cannot emphasize enough how grateful I am for the last 4 years. I gained incredible opportunities to develop my research skills, build meaningful relationships with my peers, and learn from some of the most passionate professors and mentors who inspired me every day. Through UH's Marine Option Program (MOP), I was also fortunate to get an internship that provided me with invaluable hands-on experience working alongside sea turtle biologists and contributing to sea turtle conservation. Thank you to my mentors, friends, and family for supporting me during my time at UH. I truly couldn't have done it without you. Go Bows! 🌈

Patrick Kemble reacted on thisThis feels like a full-circle moment for me. I still remember Ed Bellis pitching what became modern vulnerability management over breakfast at the Corner Bakery, before I joined what became Kenna, and years before Empirical existed. Now, two years into building this next chapter at Empirical, I'm really excited for where this is headed. Congrats to the whole team!Patrick Kemble reacted on thisThree years ago, we couldn't have built Empirical. The data was too fragmented, and the modeling wasn't mature enough. MLops itself was immature and made it difficult to scale and maintain numerous models at once. You couldn't realistically train a predictive model on an individual organization's unique environment at scale and call it "exploit prediction." That's changed, and it's why Michael Roytman, Jay Jacobs, and I started Empirical: prediction has become a requirement for modern defense, and the technology finally exists to build it properly. Today we're announcing our $25M Series A led by Brightmind Partners. Our platform runs two models: Foundation (global exploit signal across 18,000+ CVEs) and Radiant (a custom predictive engine trained on your assets, controls, cloud footprint, and telemetry). One tells you what's happening across the industry. The other tells you what's coming for you. We came back to finish what we started years ago at Kenna Security. Grateful to everyone building this with us. Full post in the comments.

Migrating sprawling legacy systems, like 300,000-character stored procedures or thousands of queries running on decade-old databases, has long been a blocker to modernization. CHG Healthcare proved there’s another way—saving 15 months moving to dbt Cloud + Snowflake with AI-powered migration. We’ve distilled lessons like these into the definitive guide to dbt Labs migrations so data teams can modernize with confidence and avoid the pitfalls that stall projects. Get the guide here (it’s free). Link in comments.

How are you thinking about enterprise architecture for AI agents? Do you believe we’re heading toward a standardized agent infrastructure stack, similar to what LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) did for the early web? I believe the next wave of enterprise software isn’t apps. It’s autonomous AI agents working together. But here’s the uncomfortable truth many leaders are starting to realize: Most enterprise architectures aren’t ready for it. As organizations rush to deploy AI agents, they’re running into a new kind of complexity—dozens (or hundreds) of agents connecting to APIs, databases, SaaS platforms, and internal systems. The result? Fragmented governance, security blind spots, and an integration nightmare. The 2026 Enterprise Agent Architecture Report explores one of the most important emerging ideas in enterprise AI infrastructure: the Agentic LAMP Stack and the role of MCP Gateways in making agent ecosystems scalable, secure, and manageable. Some key themes that stood out to me: • AI value is no longer limited by models — it's limited by architecture • Enterprises are moving from simple chatbots to multi-agent workflows • Integration complexity is becoming the #1 barrier to production AI systems • A new stack is emerging to standardize how agents reason, orchestrate, connect, and store knowledge If you're thinking about the future of enterprise AI, this report is worth your time. It provides a clear framework for how organizations will structure production-grade AI agent systems over the next few years. For a deeper dive into the architecture behind it, read more here: https://lnkd.in/e3Agb4_W We’re still in the early days of the agent economy. A small pod can ship what big teams keep delaying. The reason technology leaders use Tangonet Solutions LLC is not “cheaper engineers.” It’s speed to a real outcome when the internal team is already maxed out. This is reflected in our case studies: -modernizing and hardening cloud deployments -building production-ready data and release pipelines -shipping SaaS features without turning releases into events (the bad kind) There’s a common pattern: Constraint: A core team with ownership, but not enough capacity for a major initiative. Moves: A nearshore pod integrated into the same tools and cadence Clear ownership and a single point of contact Delivery discipline (CI/CD, environments in code, observability) Result: Roadmap items ship instead of rolling over sprint after sprint. If you want examples, our case studies are here: https://lnkd.in/eSUyFK7V If you are trying to ship something meaningful this quarter without over-hiring, DM me with the initiative and the deadline.

What do Oldcastle Infrastructure, Red Ventures, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Paylocity have in common? They’re using Fivetran to cut costs, boost margins, and move faster — without scaling headcount. This post breaks down how leading companies are driving real ROI by eliminating manual pipeline work and unlocking time for high-impact, data-driven innovation: https://5tran.co/4842pDu
