Responsibilities
You will be selling Professional Employer Organization (PEO) services to businesses with 10 or more employees. Essentially, the job involves you becoming a prospect scout at first. You don’t have to walk the street knocking on businesses’ doors. You identify businesses with more than 10 employees either through personal relationships or encounters in your everyday life. You can find businesses in your daily life such as restaurants, clubs, stores, or service businesses like lawn services, construction subcontractors. You will get a exceptional monthly commission based on a percentage of the prior month's payroll processed, for as long as we process their payroll.
The PEO service package includes:
Payroll processing
Direct deposit of paychecks into employee’s bank account
Calculation of all payroll taxes. Deductions from paycheck and deposit to Federal, State, and Local income taxing authorities. Preparation and filing of all tax returns.
Unemployment tax claims management
Wage garnishment deduction and remittal services
Pay-as-you-go, no audit Workers’ Compensation collection and claims management.
