The PulseSelect™ catheter continues to expand globally, bringing the first PFA technology to be approved by the FDA to more patients in the undertreated Afib population. The Sphere-360™ catheter achieved CE Mark this year and our U.S. IDE trial is underway. Our team continues to innovate – we’re listening, learning, and bringing positive change to EP. A few highlights from our latest quarter, specific to our Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) division: *Revenue increased 80% YoY, with U.S. revenue up 137%, driven by exceptional demand for Affera Sphere‑9 and PulseSelect PFA catheters. *Gained 4 points of U.S. market share YoY — clear evidence of growing clinical preference for our PFA platform. *Sphere‑360 U.S. cases have now been completed in the Horizon 360 IDE pivotal trial. *On track to double revenue, reaching a $2B trailing total CAS revenue run rate by 1HFY27. *Pursuing VT indication expansion in the U.S. with a planned submission by 1HCY26. #EPeeps #MedtronicEmployee

Last week I got to visit our US HQ in Minneapolis, meet with teammates from around the world, and experience first-hand Medtronic’s drive to keep improving TA capabilities and technology! Learning from colleagues from around the globe, sharing best practices, and making plans to collaborate on new projects was the main buzz throughout the trip. We had plenty of time to explore the area, get golf lessons from teammates, and since there was snow on Sunday and shorts on Wednesday — the weather even felt like home too! ☺️ I can’t wait to build on the connections I made and see what’s in store next for life with Medtronic! While it’s not the news I was hoping to share, I’m really thankful for my time there and the chance to be part of a great team. Over the past 10 years, I’ve built my career in full lifecycle recruiting, working across both agency and in-house environments. Most recently, I owned recruiting operations for a mid-sized IT managed services company, where I partnered closely with leadership to support growth, streamline hiring processes, and bring in great talent during a pretty challenging market. Now I’m back on the market and excited to find my next opportunity where I can jump in, make an impact, and help teams grow. If you know of any openings or just want to connect, I’d love to chat. They think they can tackle tasks tomorrow. However, when tomorrow arrives, they find new excuses and postpone their goals again and again. Sometimes it’s due to a lack of time, money, or knowledge, or simply because the weather isn’t perfect so let’s start tomorrow. This mindset of always having more time leads to perpetual delays as we wait for everything to be ready before starting something new. Given the unpredictability of life and life is so fragile, the only moment we truly control is now. There’s no future on which to rely. So, whatever you wish to accomplish - your projects, your dreams, or any other aspirations - you should start now. Achieving anything worthwhile takes time, and the distractions in our lives are designed by the best developers and designers to capture our attention and rob us of our time. Instead of procrastinating and seeking fleeting joy, focus on what truly matters. The only time is now. Choose wisely. Wishing you some valuable time filled with “wonder”…

After years of working remotely on the account, being physically present at the heart of the organization brought a completely different level of clarity. Spending time with the teams, hearing leaders’ visions firsthand, and experiencing the energy and mindset driving the organization forward -while engaging with the latest Talent Acquisition technologies and approaches- was incredibly valuable. What stood out most was how quickly ideas evolve when you bring the right people together in one room! Alignment becomes sharper, decisions faster, and impact clearer. ⚡ It was also a great reminder that building a world-class Talent Acquisition function is not about tools alone. It’s about people, collaboration, and the ability to connect global perspectives into one unified direction. For me personally, this was an important milestone. Another step forward in strengthening how we operate, contribute, and position ourselves as a world-class Talent Acquisition team at Medtronic. Grateful for the conversations, the energy, and the opportunity to be part of it and for the people behind it all (who, by the way, also happen to play golf significantly better than I do ⛳ 😄 ). Now it's time to turning these insights into meaningful, scalable impact through strong collaboration between AMS and Medtronic, and continuing to “Engineer the Extraordinary” in how we attract and hire talent globally! 💙

I’m deeply grateful for the people who have been part of my journey. Those who challenged me, supported me, and helped shape both my career and who I am today. The opportunities for growth, development, and leadership I’ve experienced here have been truly invaluable. Actalent has been more than just a workplace. It’s been a place where I’ve built meaningful relationships and lifelong connections. While it’s not easy to close this chapter, I’m incredibly energized for what’s ahead. I’m ready to take everything I’ve learned over the past 20 years and apply it in new ways, embrace new challenges, and continue growing. Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey. I will always appreciate the impact you’ve had on my life. Here’s to what’s next 🥂

Just ambition, curiosity, and a drive to learn. Today, I’m still here, with both AMS and Medtronic, but everything else has changed. From learning processes to redesigning them with various projects. And, from executing tasks to driving impact with CI initiatives. This 10-year journey has shaped how I think, how I work, and who I am. And no doubt - the most important part of these 10 years is the people. I’ve had the privilege to work with incredible professionals across both AMS and Medtronic - people who set high standards and challenge you to raise your game. And along the way, I’ve met hundreds of candidates, leaders, LI connections, and teammates. Each conversation, each interaction adding a layer to how I see talent, business, and impact. That is what exactly built my perspective. Today, recruitment is more than a process to me. It's a system to improve. A function to elevate. And most importantly, it's a space where real business impact can be created. I’m grateful for the journey and focused on keep building and improving - better than ever before! 10 years in.
