Program, and this year, the Westside Foundation. Such a fun event that brings together sports, community, and some great causes. True leadership isn’t confined to the corner office or a fancy title. Those with leadership titles can sometimes be the least effective. Their job title gives them a false sense of accomplishment. What truly counts are the actions we take, not the title we hold. Here are 6 daily practices to become the leader you aspire to be, ↳ right where you are: 1. Take Initiative ↳ Spot opportunities and act on them. ↳ Be the proactive force that drives positive change. 2. Cultivate a Growth Mindset ↳ Embrace challenges and learn from criticism. ↳ Turn setbacks into stepping stones for improvement. 3.
