Translation: half of today's middle management roles, gone. I sat with that for a minute. ✅Scheduling ✅Reporting ✅Status updates ✅Performance tracking AI already does most of it better than we do. If that's where your value as a leader lives, that's a problem. Here's the bit nobody's measuring yet. No algorithm walks into a room and reads that something's off before anyone's said a word. Doesn't stay back after the meeting because someone needed five more minutes. Hasn't earned the kind of trust where people tell you the truth instead of the version they think you want. Org chart's getting thinner. Fine. The leaders left standing won't be the best managers. They'll be the ones people actually needed. Genuine question: what's the one thing you do that no AI could touch? #Leadership #FutureOfWork #HumanEdge

I don’t remember much from that time, but I remember how deeply her death affected me, perhaps part of it was survivor’s guilt. She was my mom’s absolute idol. ❤️ I can only imagine how happy Mom was to meet her in heaven. Rest peacefully, Princess Diana. Two beautiful souls, never forgotten. 🕊️❤️ Aujourd’hui est une journée de souvenirs. 👑🕊️ La princesse Diana nous quittait en 1997, seulement 122 jours après ma tentative de féminicide. Je me souviens de très peu de cette période, mais je me rappelle à quel point sa mort m’avait bouleverséepeut-être qu’une partie de cette douleur venait de la culpabilité d’avoir survécu. Elle était l’idole absolue de ma maman. ❤️ J’aime imaginer à quel point Maman devait être heureuse de la rencontrer au paradis. Reposez en paix, princesse Diana. Sibel Terhaar liked thisSibel Terhaar liked thisTHE FEAR OF MISSING OUT(FOMO)…. We all know this acronym. Most of us experienced it at some time. Missing an opportunity. Missing an important invitation. Missing that much desired promotion. Missing a trip. To add to the stress, social media has made this feeling even stronger. It does not also help when we start comparing these with our present lives. But I have learnt that missing out is not always a bad thing. Sometimes not getting that opportunity means making room for something more important. Sometimes, staying at home means having a meaningful conversation or spending time with someone you love. Most importantly, we need to stop looking at what we might be missing and start appreciating what is already in front of us. We should also know that it could be missing out on our lives because we were too busy trying to keep up with everyone else’s. We do not have to experience everything, own everything, or be everywhere. Time to each of us is precious. We do not get yesterday back. So, what is more important is to become more comfortable with choosing what truly matters to us and to be grateful for this.
