Thomas Regier liked thisThomas Regier liked thisWenn ich schon mit Selfie poste, dann richtig 🚀 Dieser Beitrag ist längst überfällig, denn bei mir ist in den letzten Monaten viel passiert: nach mehr als zwei richtig erfolgreichen Jahren in der Selbständigkeit habe ich mir gleich zwei Lebensträume erfüllt: mit Belego habe ich zusammen mit Robert Levenhagen Melanie Wagenfort Michael Sommerfeld Moritz Linß Myles Sutholt & Timothy Lowe ein Unternehmen gegründet. Und... 🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁 ich fliege inzwischen als Copilot auf dem Airbus A320 bei Sundair. Klingt nach großem Spagat, ist es aber gar nicht - beides hat mit Menschen und Computern zu tun und beides macht riesigen Spaß. Vor allem lerne ich in beiden Welten Dinge kennen, die mir jeweils neue Perspektiven auf den anderen Job eröffnen. An diesen Momenten lasse ich Euch in Zukunft immer wieder mal teilhaben. Wenn Ihr schon immer mal eine Frage an einen Piloten hattet (ja, die Erde ist wirklich rund) - jetzt ist Eure Chance 😉 😊

Thomas Regier reacted on thisToday we're announcing our $100M Series C at a $1B valuation, led by ICONIQ. It's our third round in 14 months and brings our total funding to over $200m. The round came together in less than 48 hours. We weren't planning to raise. Then new ARR doubled last quarter and we crossed 600+ customers including public companies and enterprises with $2B in revenue. Rillet AI agent usage is growing 70% each month and CFOs are replacing Oracle Fusion, SAP and Workday to run their companies on Rillet. We also announced our alliance with EY and officially partnered with more than half of the top 20 CPA firms. Rillet is creating an entirely new category of finance infrastructure. With Rillet, the ERP becomes the harness for the modern finance organization, where people and agents share the same financial data, apply the same accounting policies and controls, and work from a single, continuously updated view of the business. Agents perform increasingly complex financial work, while finance teams retain visibility, approval authority and a complete audit trail. DataGuard has been a trusted partner of CBTL GmbH for many years. As we continue to integrate more AI capabilities into our products, having such a strong partner for information security, data privacy, and compliance has never been more important. Two aspects of the discussions particularly resonated with me: • How can Europe strike the right balance between AI regulation and innovation to support resonsible value creation? • The importance of sound human judgment—both when developing and implementing AI and when designing and applying the regulations that govern it. These questions are closely aligned with the topic I’ll be facilitating tomorrow during CEDEP - Executive Development – Fontainebleau ’s webinar, “Business Acumen in the Age of AI.” We’ll explore how leaders can combine AI’s analytical capabilities with business judgment to make better and more informed decisions. Thomas Regier liked thisOne of the things I enjoyed most about Empowering Security & Compliance Munich, hosted by DataGuard and Meta yesterday, is seeing how deeply this community cares about the work they do. The discussions didn't stop when a session ended. Customers, regulators, industry experts, and technology leaders continued to share experiences and challenge each other's thinking long after the panels ended. It was great to welcome customers, including PHINIA, Emitec Technologies GmbH, RAILPOOL, gridX, STI Security Training International GmbH, Userlane, and many others, to Munich and have them contribute their perspectives to the conversation. One theme that came up across many of the discussions was how organizations can innovate with confidence while navigating an increasingly complex landscape shaped by AI, cybersecurity, and regulation. Thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed to such a strong community.

The path here wasn’t always easy. It required a lot of patience, endless bureaucracy, language learning, and adapting to a new culture. But every hurdle along the way was entirely worth it. I want to express my deepest gratitude to Germany for welcoming me, offering me a place to grow both personally and professionally, and now officially calling me one of its own.

Letting every business team build their own agents was the easy part. Today we're shipping the hard part. The system that lets you run a thousand agents like a real workforce, not a thousand liabilities. Four months ago, we launched Dataleap V1 so business teams could build agents without engineering. They loved it so much they didn't stop at a few. Many of our customers now run 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝟭,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 at once. And that's where it starts to get interesting. Almost no organisation is ready for running agents at scale. What is each agent allowed to access? Whose permissions does it borrow? What happens to the agent if the employee who owns it is off or leaves? How can I collaborate on an agent? What is the agent allowed to spend? We built the answer for all of these questions. The deepest governance layer in any agent platform: 𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆. Every tool call by every user and every agent is visible. Nothing runs in the dark. 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. Orgs, teams, users, and 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 get exactly the access they need, down to the last detail. Nothing more. 𝗔 𝗯𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆. Every team, user, and 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 gets a spending limit. No runaway bills. We thrive in complexity. We are not here to build shiny AI toys. Our vision is to enable the first truly AI-native companies.
