This next chapter is exciting for my family and I, and I’m thankful for everyone who has encouraged and supported me throughout this transition. Thank you to Jennifer G. for our conversations and your ability to understand my past, the areas I can succeed in and where to focus. Our first conversation I said, "I don't want anything to do with sales...". I think you took that as a challenge and completely flipped my view and the impact I could have in this role. Thank you to Eric Weisinger for your insights into transition, retirement and working with such a storied company. Your inputs helped me to put things into real perspective. Thank you to Matthew Kaplan. Our first conversation had me rattled and I felt like I was rambling incoherently, and then you surprised me with "I'd think you'd be a great fit for this role and I'd like to get you in for an interview." Those words resonate with me daily and I'm thankful for your time, effort and support. Thank you to Shawn Hinson and Phil Modlin. You gave me an opportunity to sit and have a conversation with you. You both inspired me with your years of dedication within the company, your communities and the impact you have made. He's not on this platform, but Carl Bryant is the catalyst that got this whole search started. What started as a casual conversation about life 6 months ago, led me down a path I won’t ever forget. Which leads me to my deepest gratitude: to God for His provision, His grace, His clarity, and His faithfulness. There is no doubt in my mind that His hand is in this. I’m honored to join Coca-Cola Consolidated and look forward to learning from a great team, contributing where I can, and embracing the road ahead. Tim S. liked thisTim S. liked thisOn this day in 2006, I stepped onto the yellow footprints and began a journey that would shape the rest of my life. At the time, they were just painted marks on the ground. But anyone who has stood on them knows better. They represent a threshold; the point where comfort ends, standards take over, and transformation begins. I didn’t fully understand what I was stepping into that day. I just knew I was committing to something bigger than myself. The Marine Corps gave me more than a title. It gave me discipline, accountability, resilience, and a standard that has stayed with me through every challenge, every leadership role, and every season of life since. Looking back now, I can say with certainty that March 20, 2006 was one of the most important days of my life. It was the day I stopped thinking only about where I came from and started becoming the man I was expected to be. Grateful for the lessons, humbled by the journey and still carrying the standard forward.

Reflecting on this magical journey, I am SO proud to have been part of the IBM family. 🚀 In the last 8 years, I had the incredible opportunity to drive clients towards our innovative Analytics SaaS Solutions.
